Very friendly, very clean, nothing was too much trouble. Everything had been thought of to make our stay comfortable, kettle, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, TV, WiFi access etc. Comfortable bed, clean room. Plenty of storage, wardrobe etc. Bed made and room cleaned daily, tea/coffee and milk sachets provided daily. We would highly recommend Whitecliff View.

Everything was spotless. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. It was a very short walk into town where there were plenty of restaurants and also buses to Newport and up and down the coast.

Although there was parking for up to four vehicles, access was not easy and this was not helped by it being a one-way street.

I've stayed here many times before covid and after and every time it's Been amazing wouldn't stay anywhere else

What a delightful hotel. Our room was extremely spacious and clean. comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Both my teens were impressed by the room(no easy feat), the game console in the communal room was an absolute bonus! The location was ideal for walking down to the beach with the local train station and bus stops all a short walk away. There were several nearby options for breakfast and other meals. So, we didn't at all mind that a cooked breakfast was not available

Liked everything

The property is in a quiet street a short walk from the beach and shops. The owners were friendly and welcoming and showed me to my 2nd floor single room explaining where everything was and how to log into the Wi-Fi and work the TV remote. The room was big enough with an en-suite toilet and shower. Tea /coffee making facilities replenished each day and the room tided. The bed was cosy. Continental breakfast could be ordered the evening before. Frequent buses 2, 3 & 8 nearby take you to Ryde, Shanklin, Ventnor and Newport. I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again and Saturday 30th July was The Sandown Carnival which was great.

Nothing I did not like.

The couple who ran whitecliff view were very accommodating the room had plenty of draws and cupboards to put your things away in they cleaned the room everyday which was lovely and as it was such a hot week they went out of their way to buy a fan for the room and although there was no cooked breakfast the continental breakfast was brilliant there was lots on offer i had a fantastic stay here and would definitely stay again.

On booking breakfast was included but according to the host its not part of what I paid. Good looking, near the high street and beach. Area is peaceful. Clean room and linins were change.

The booking.com and the host had miscommunication which needed to be corrected. This is all about whether breakfast is free or not.

Owners very friendly and obliging. We had the family room which was very spacious. Nice little touches and very clean! We didn't have breakfast as we had an early breakfast meet.

Parking may be a problem for some in the summer. As we had an early start we made sure that we weren't blocked in, or indeed an inconvenience to others which worked well.

Very helpful freandly owners. Value for money continental breakfast. Off- road parking. Close to town with plenty of shops and restaurants. Walk in shower. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room very good welcome tray. Lots of helpful leaflets to choose places to visit.

Can't think of anything. Looking forward to staying again.

Really nice and comfy apartment with all facilities needed and located centrally, only 5 minutes away from the main restaurants and shopping streets in Sandown as well as the bus station. You get provided with toiletries, plenty towels and complimentary tea and coffee and the staff is friendly. Thank you for a great stay!
