Warm welcome from Gregg, who also gave local information, such as places to eat or places to vist etc. The room was on the top floor so we had great views over the surrounding countryside. This is a great `get away from it all`` location, yet only a short drive from Shrewsbury. Wales was only a few minutes drive in the other direction. Comfy beds with quality furnishings, a hot shower and plenty of complimentary goodies, teas, coffee (also decaf) biccies and bottled water. Breakfast was spot on. Selection of cereals followed by a `Full English`, choice of toast, steaming hot coffee (or tea). Tasty and hot. Thanks Dawn!
All good.

The rural feel of the place was just what we wanted. A countryside escape with all you need on offer. A charming, characterful place which the owners take great care of. Dawn was fab as a host with no request too small and plenty of tips. Greg is on hand to help if needed as well. We had such a restful sleep on the comfortable bed. Breakfast was lovely and the vegetarian option for me was perfect. Great coffee too! The farmland setting can be seen from nearly every window and the Shropshire hills aren't far from view either.
As with properties like this, some rooms can feel small and the only minus if I was being ultra picky, would be the small bathroom. But it did not detract from the lovely experience.

I recently stayed at Upper Eyton Farmhouse B&B, from the moment we arrived. The host Greg made us feel welcome, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere and entertained our little one. The farmhouse was charming, and our room was cozy. The next morning, our other host Dawn cooked a delicious breakfast. The peaceful, countryside location added to the charm, with beautiful views all around and plenty of opportunities for walks in the fresh air. I highly recommend Upper Eyton Farmhouse B&B to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway in the countryside. We’d definitely stopping here again!
A little bit cold initially in the room but soon warmed up.

The accommodation was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Our room had an en-suite shower room, tv, tea and coffee making facilities. Out on the landing was a basket of extras that might be needed such as shampoo, toothbrushes, hairspray, sanitary products etc. Iron and ironing board were also available. The beds were comfortable ensuring a good night’s sleep. The full English breakfast was outstanding and cooked to perfection. Our hosts, Greg and Dawn, were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. A wonderful place to stay.
Nothing!

What a find!!...and more than worth the price. A lovely farmhouse building with nice views of the surrounding hills and countryside. Although the rooms are slightly small and the en-suite is a little tight, that is only to be expected in a farmhouse, but the shower was amazing, as was the breakfast. The hosts, Greg and Dawn, are really friendly and only too keen to help. Lovely high ceilings, but be aware, mind your head on the stairs!!
It's not a dislike, but better signage would help. The satnav takes you onto a working farm, and you will have driven past the property. When you do get back to it, if, like me, you take the first entrance, you will end up in the neighbour's farmyard. You'll get there in the end.

We are returning customers, due to the welcoming, relaxing and enjoyable experience Greg and Dawn provide. If you want modern decor/contemporary properties, this is not for you. We love the Charm of this old building, its exceptional countryside view/location. This is only surpassed by the two genial hosts, whose warmth, skill and convivial conversation add up to a great holiday . Thank you again Greg and Dawn for a wonderful stay, until the next visit. Shout out for Dawns Full English breakfast. tasty and plentiful. Oh and its got plenty of great pubs, close to Shrewsbury, Welshpool, and LLangollen with the steam trains .Architecturally interesting shops, a drive of 20miles to lake Vyrynwy is recommended.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Everything you could need provided. Tea Coffee water and biscuits in room. Iron and ironing board on shared landing to use. Hosts were a lovely couple who made you feel welcome. Breakfast was incredible. The best full English we have had for a long time. Proper coffee and fresh orange juice. Really lovely produce 11/10!!
I personally felt a bit chilly on the night time so I'd take long Jamas if visiting in the colder months if you feel the cold easily like me

Our welcome and settling in was fab. Dawn is lovely. The bed was so comfortable and it was spotlessly clean in my room and the en suite. Nice and warm too. The breakfast was spot on! We met Greg then, and he was equally as friendly as Dawn. Everything was cooked well and my vegetarian preference well catered for.
The location is on a farm. The sight of the cows in the morning was wonderful, but the smell of cow dung not so nice! I know this can't be helped, but its the only thing I would change if I could.

A lovely old Georgian farmhouse in a delightfully quiet, rural location. There was ample secure parking for our car, right outside. The building was beautiful, quirky and interesting, with some low beams and winding staircases leading up to the bedrooms. Our room (a family room) was comfortable, well appointed with lovely views out across the fields. The breakfast was individually cooked to order and absolutely superb! Many thanks.
Nothing - all good here.

Lovely place. Very friendly, helpful hosts. Large room with a view over countryside. Well equipped room with comfortable bed and tea/coffee making facilities and biscuits. Very clean. Great cooked breakfast. Quiet, peaceful location but also near main road so easily accessible. Pleasant place to sit in the garden on garden furniture. As we had said it was our wedding anniversary, they kindly gave us a special gift. We would recommend to friends and family. They gave us a great recommendation for a local pub with good food - The Hand and Diamond. Easy to travel to hills for walks.
Liked everything. Rooms are on the top floor so guests need to be able to manage steps which was fine for us but some people might find that challenging.
