The gym was good. The steam room is big enough for 2 people, but too confined for 3. The bar is open until 11 pm,

Why is the gym only open until 9 pm? Does the bogeyman come out after 9 pm? Grabbing random gym goers? I find the TV really annoying. Why am I unable to stream to it? Why keep that old fashioned TV that prevents streaming?? Hellooooo, join me in the 21st century. Random cob webs could be annoying, as are the same for random spiders in the room.

Had a really nice welcome and help from the Manager when I arrived at reception. It's a small comfortable room in very peaceful beautiful surroundings. You may hear music from the Hotel but it's quite a distance away and didn't stop me having a very comfortable nights sleep!

I couldn't open the window, I pet hate of mine. The window appeared to be locked, no doubt because they have air conditioning in the room.

Pretty much everything. I had my van broken into the night before at a different hotel so coming here was night and day to what I experienced the night before The staff were lovely - the food was lovely- the hotel was lovely Just cant find one fault with it.

I wouldnt say didnt like - but i only had one toilet roll in my room that was half gone. But i managed lol. This is nit picking and not a big deal

The room was large airy and had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable. The gym was well equipped, clean and provided cleaning materials to use. The changing rooms for the pool were good although the showers were a bit old and could do with up dating, but saying that they were clean and the water was hot, there were also the use of hair dryers. the steam room and sauna were clean and well maintained the only disappointment was that the jacuzzi was not in use. Even though our room was in the front of the property we could open the window and not be affected by any noise.

when we booked in the receptionist was polite but it would have been nice to have been told where the dinning room was and also what time breakfast was and how the key card worked.

The reception staff are excellent! The restaurant staff are excellent! The menus and the food are excellent! The cleaning staff are excellent! I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend the facilities!

Breakfast was good, but unfortunately it was spoiled by cold plates, food was 0nly lukewarm. a fry up should be hot, they were slow to replace food

the facilities are good, but a little run down. The hotel is back on the up but may take some time to get to the excellent standard it should be.

the changing rooms were dirty and showers not working. Steam room has been out of action for some time now and the hot tub was warm at best.

Great location. Good size rooms. Good facilities with gym, pool, golf course and open space. Relaxing being in the country. Close to the Witshire game and county fair. Really good value

Food was good as were the facilities. Nice location, very quiet

There were some faults in the room - toilet seat loose reported on arrival, told maintenance would fix. No fix made! I am disabled so the loose seat was an issue for me. Also the devan bed frame was damaged in 122, there was no anti slip in the bath/shower. It would have been helpful if there was an information sheet in the room covering meal times, TV channels etc (common practice in most hotels) A plug socket at the bedside table would have been helpful, I require a medical device at night and was forced to use an extension lead which was not ideal. Decor is in need of a refresh - some sloppy painting and threadbare carpets in public areas!

Reception staff friendly. Second floor room very suitable for my needs. Clean facilities and fixtures in room. Comfortable bed for good night sleep. Powerful Shower. Good view over Golf course.

Hotel in process of some renovation. Communal area carpets on stairs and corridor need a 'deep clean'.
