I booked a double room for me and my 5 year old, on arrival I was give. The family room at no extra charge, so we got our own beds, which was a lovely surprise! Nicola and Mark were really friendly and greeted me by name, which was a lovely touch. They engaged with my daughter and made us both feel so welcome. The room was spacious and clean, aside from the wild wind of Wales, there was no noise. The location was ideal, with the beach just around the corner, along with a large car park and a play park. We will definitely be back to enjoy a stay in the summer too!

Lovely stay at Hildebrand. Nice and spacious guest house with lovely rooms. Our room was room 5 , a lot bigger than picture showed. Bed was massive and very comfortable. Room was on the second floor but stairs were wide and pretty easy to go up so it was no problem what so ever. It was very quiet, if not for breakfast I would not know hotel was fully booked as I couldn't hear any other guest. Hotel is just outside the sea, literally 2 min walk. Car park is just around the corner and costs £10 for a 24/h. Walking distance to the Tenby centre. Breakfast was cooked every morning, apart of cooked meal there was also toasts and preservatives, yoghurts, fruits etc. Plenty and everything fresh every morning. Very attentive owners, but also very respectful and thoughtful. They were looking after us but haven't been too overbearing, what I absolutely loved. Overall great value for the money. Very happy with our stay

Hotel was about a 10 min walk from the train station. It was conveniently located near South Beach. The rooms were clean and perfectly decorated with a little color and beach flair. Our room had a double and a twin. The mattresses were not bad, but not great. Both my mom and I slept ok. The host was lovely- super friendly and willing to pack us a to-go breakfast bag for our early train out. The fruit salad offered at breakfast was nice- lots of ripe berries. We did have to ask for more as the serving was quite modest.

Our room was on the 2nd floor, which I didn't expect. I should have requested a room on a lower floor for my mom. The stairs were a bit much after a long day of walking. We put the Do Not Disturb yet someone came in to straighten the room. It could have been a mistake, but felt a bit off. Despite having places for 3 people to sleep, there were only 2 lamps. Not a big issue, we just moved one lamp over to the single bed.

The cooked breakfast was very delicious, with first class friendly attentive service, there was a good variety of other produce to choose from at the table. The rooms were very comfortable with plenty of space and storage for our needs. A very quiet location close to everything. The owners were very professional friendly and courteous welcome would definitely stay with them again.

The only thing I can say is that the mattress could do with an upgrade on the double bed in the family room but this was a personal thing.

Location was fantastic 5 min walk into town yet quiet enough to be nice. Parking is a large public car park at the end of the street. Prices were reasonable too. Owners were lovely and friendly and gave us tips on places to see and to eat in. Breakfast was amazing. There were a few options and everything was really fresh. Room was really nice and the size was good. We have staid in places where the bed only just fits. This room had space and felt very airy. We plan to book again if going to Tenby.

Recently stayed at the Hildebrand over October weekend of 13th/15th. Mark & Nicola are very welcoming and great hosts to us at their B&B as too is the breakfast waitress who helps out. Nothing was too much trouble and when I required some alternative breakfast arrangements which was very tasty by the way there were more than happy to help with no fuss which was very appreciated. The twin room we had was exactly as you see in the pictures and was roomy and clean with no issues at all during our stay. The B&B is 30 SECONDS walk away from the car park which cost £20 for 48 hours which I thought was acceptable and the Hildebrand is 5 minute walk away from the beaches and walled old town. Really enjoyed Tenby and our stay at the Hildebrand and will defiantly return

I loved the variety for breakfast! We also loved the accommodation in general and how lovely the host was! We were given a lovely welcome and was overall a lovely guest house to have stayed in. It was close to the village/ town and everywhere you needed to go! I believe it was exactly what I was looking for and to have expected and more. Thank you again for the lovely stay and also for letting us check in earlier than expected!

Good communications from Nicola and Mark before our visit to advise of check-in time, local parking facilities and to determine if we had any dietary requirements (we do, one vegetarian). They also emailed us while we were travelling to say the room was ready for us. We had Room 3 for 3 adults, which was great. Bigger than we expected with 2 double beds, 3 bedside cabinets, an adequate wardrobe for a 2-night stay (which even had a hot water bottle and fluffy blankets in !) kettle, plenty of coffees, milks and sugars and a decent sized bathroom. There's a lovely family feel to the house and the breakfast room was nicely set out with plenty of room between the tables. There was a continental selection (cereal, fresh fruit, fresh juices and yogurt (on one morning only)) followed by a cooked breakfast tailored to your taste with tea or coffee on tap. The car park was literally round the corner and easy to find and the location of the house was excellent - just a few minutes walk from the town walls. Nicola gave us lots of information on places to visit and was keen to hear how we'd enjoyed our time in Tenby. All in all, a really lovely stay and great value for money. Would recommend.

Having to leave after only 2 nights.

The owners of Hildebrand Guest house were really nice and welcoming. they were very helpful and friendly and had lots of knowledge of the local area to give us guidance for our first stay in Tenby. Tenby is such a beautiful place and Hildebrand is well located a short walk from the centre. The guest house is clean and very comfortable and the breakfast was lovely with enough variety to cater for most tastes but I suspect if they havent got something you want, the owners would go out of their way to provide it. We would definitely stay there again and will be planning our next trip soon.

Nicola and Mark were very friendly and accommodating. And Poppy too! My room was spacious and beautifully clean as was my bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful, full English or whatever variation you wanted. Cereals, fresh fruit,toast and yogurt. The hotel was near to the Esplanade and the town. I had a really enjoyable holiday. Thank you.
