Really liked the self check in/ check out, was very handy. The room had everything you could need, and the shower was amazing. They don't have their own parking, but the recommended car park is literally a 1 minute walk away, cheap, and free after 6pm, so I only ended up paying for 1 hour my entire stay. Absoloutley would stay again.

The controller for the heating had quite bright blue lights for the controls, right opposite the bed. First night I hadn't turned it off and it woke me up a couple of times. Turned it off when I went to bed the following nights so it wasn't a problem. The whole building was really well heated anyway, so didn't need the heating in the room itself. Everything else was perfect

Great location - in the high street which has a number of shops/supermarkets/cafes/restaurants. Nice size modern room & shower room. Super comfy bed. It was nice to have bottled water along with the tea/coffee in the room. Mick was very helpful and responded quickly to all emails/messages. Jamie & his team in the bar/restaurant are really friendly and very attentive, also the food is excellent. Great service all round - highly recommend staying here.

This is more of an FYI for other potential guests - I was staying on the first floor and the music from the bar/restaurant could be heard in my room until around 1am every night that the bar is open. I happened to be up so it didn’t bother me or stop me from sleeping but ear plugs may be needed for others.

Ease of access - no keys, simple functional service. Nicely appointed decent sized room with a nice, large bathroom. Having a fridge helped avoid big breakfasts every day, Near to ASDA supermarket with easy access to additional water, shacks etc. Water, tea/coffee supplied for the start of the stay.

I stayed for 6 days and while I had no problem with only a weekly linen change, other items such as rubbish, tea, coffee supplies are really only good for a couple of days. So I had filled both bins and was out of coffee and milk sachets by day 3 and bins were seriously overflowing by checkout time. I would recommend an every-other day rubbish/supply check. While I left my car nearby at my sister's house however, for many available parking is a challenge with a 3hr limited time at ASDA - there is a small NCP signed parking area out the back with no obvious way to pay, perhaps some sort of arrangement could be secured with the owners for those with vehicles?

The person above us was running their shower at 5am in the morning, therefore, we had a disturbed sleep. The room itself was comfortable, but the sound of movement and running water was dreadful. I guess there isn't a great deal you can do to prevent these circumstances from occurring.

There was no racking in the bathroom to put our bath room washing products, subsequently we put them on the floor. However, Howard hit his head on the 'very sharp' bathroom shower taps, and cut his head in the shower! We recommend you install some racks to prevent anyone else from having the same experience. The fan in the room needs repairing, it was damaged, and lent up against the wall. As it was a hot weekend, the fan was used a lot, but couldn't be moved.

Lovely room, clean, spacious, quiet. There were power points next to the bed which meant I could charge my phone there overnight, rather than having to leave it across the room. Plenty of tea, coffee and uht milk was provided and there was a good sized mini-fridge which would be useful for longer stays

The sign for rooms@73 was easy to miss and I ended up having to go into the bar to ask for directions, but this was a minor inconvenience and the guy I spoke to in there was really helpful

Room was really nice, clean and comfortable. Tea/coffee making facilities. Nicely positioned for a Wetherspoon's breakfast in the morning, which was surprisingly good.....

Parking when we arrived about 12:30 was an issue. Can only park in Asda for 2 hours. No early check in was available which was a shame for us as our event started at 13:30 and we would have liked to use the room to get ready. No biscuits which would have been a nice touch and something most hotel rooms offer!

The room was well presented and clean. Value for money for an overnight stay.

No car parking but there is a council car park across the road and through an alley. Which was free after 6pm on Saturday and free on Sunday. It was slightly confusing getting in as I had a 4 digit code sent to me through the app, but it was wrong. However, they had also sent me an email with the correct one in. It was slightly frustrating standing in the cold, punching in the wrong one. The room was cold on arrival but luckily I had a dinner reservation and the room had warmed by the time I returned. All in all decent value for money for a no fuss budget stop.

I was unsure how well the unmanned concept would work but actually it was very good. We went into the bar below for a quick meal and that too was very good and the staff helpful. Don't do breakfast on the Sunday but walked up the precinct and found a place easy. Other days they do breakfast in the bar! Parking in the shopper car park was easy and was free Saturday after 6 and all day Sunday.

Broken blind in front reception but really nothing else to mention.

Large comfortable room , tastefully decorated. The bed was super comfy with crisp bed linen .

It was a chilly night on arrival & the room felt chilled on access , being a big room , it took a while to heat up . Although general cleanliness was first class , there were areas that required attention - staining on the wall (room 2), which created an unfavourable 1st impression . Having said that , although brief , we all had an enjoyable stay .

Good for what we wanted. Goodwood close so got in early. Left alone so did exactly what we wanted. Tv great. Shower was excellent. Toiletries provided including towels, which we unsure about. Coffee and tea facilities Fridge also in room, wasn’t on when arrived but cooled quickly. Close to Asda and lots of take aways

Shower gel was empty. Nothing major cos used soap that was provided. Room was very warm but fan provided. View from window.
