The room size was very good. The bedding and towels were clean. There was liquid soap and bath/shower gel provided in the bathroom. The room had a fan heater, desk fan, iron, ironing board and wall mounted hair dryer avaiable. There was a bath with a shower and plenty of very hot water. Everthing we wanted to use worked without issue. Thr breakfast choice was good. The food was delicious and well presented. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The cost of the room was low and it met our requirements for somewhere comfortable to sleep and eat for a couple of nights.

The room has been well used and could do with refreshing. The number of sockets available to use was three single outlets. One of the outlets was for the television and another was used when boiling the kettle. This left one socket for plugging in a charger and this was not on the head board but beside the bed. There were no USB sockets in the room. Thr decration both inside and out needs some TLC. The paradox is that if the company invested more money in the facilities, I'm sure this would be reflected in the room cost. You can't have it both ways I'm afraid.

Staff were super friendly and informative.

The accommodation was very tired looking and doors needed two hands to open them - one to turn the handle and one to turn the key. My room was lacking good lighting - perhaps could be solved with daylight bulbs (especially in the bathroom for make up application) and I had to use the curtain rail to hang a long dress as the open wardrobe has a chest of drawers standing in it. Furniture, hopefully, will be simplified. Not sure how true this is - but I was told that there may be accomodation upgrades going ahead soon. Lovely location for nearby wedding venues. Taxis are very expensive for a one mile journey as they come from nearby Daventry.

We stayed here for one night as we had to be at Silverstone early the next morning. It was only 15 minutes away. It was clean and tidy. There was everything in the room we needed. The pub and restaurant was next door. It had free parking. We were in room 49 which was at the back with patio doors opening up onto a view of open fields so very quiet.

It could do with a revamp and a good paint up. The furniture is very dated . If we were paying top price to stay here I wouldn't have been very happy. The price is very low and you get what you pay for.

Spacious room for a wheel chair user such as myself, Food all round was excellent well cooked and very knowledgable accomadating chef in regard to food allergy's, for example gluten free , Staff were superb, and very helpful i had the most fantastic stay

I don't like to say anything that i didn't like at the crossroads I had such a fantastic stay, however there was one thing, there is a steep slope in the car park which, i had to go up the slope to get to my room, as a wheel chair user i could not take the wheel chair up the slope with help

Well located for Silverstone in a village with its own historical interest in the canal & barracks/armoury. Despite being near busy Watling St the rooms are quiet. Ours had a good view over a stream and open countryside. Rooms warm clean & comfortable - if a little dated. Restaurant was very good, village offers alternative dining - Brinjol Indian recommended. Excellent breakfast. Free reliable Wi-Fi, large tv with good reception. Tea, coffee, biscuits replenished daily. Plenty of free parking.

Rooms getting ready for refurb.

Hotel in perfect position for our big group of wedding guests to attend Dodford Manor. Staff all very friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman serving breakfast on Sunday morning. We had the smaller breakfast which was ample and very good value. My daughter was arriving early with only half hour to get our little Flower Girl dressed. Kind reception lady made sure one of her rooms could be available an hour earlier than normal. Many thanks

Beds were a little hard, but then thats my personal preference.

From checking in, the staff was very good, a lovely warm welcome on arrival. My husband has a disability problem, and the staff was there to help us when we needed it. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Good wholesome food, we had breakfasts and lunches at the hotel, It was a most enjoyable stay and we will definitely going back. Thank you to all the staff.

There is nothing about the visit that we didn't like.

Really good staff ,bar & food. We could not get breakfast because our work schedule was too early for later weekend opening time. Bedroom comfortable & good hot water, cleanliness was very good.

Bedroom was cheap, but the reason being that the decoration really needs a refresh. Aged building could be more user friendly, but no complains from me or my work mate, we had a good time & slept well after excellent dinner & beer!

Staff were fantastic. From pre-arrival requests to check-in Suki was brilliant. She was also friendly and attentive as a waitress in the restaurant as well. All staff were fantastic. Adam behind the bar was also friendly, attentive and informative with the choices. Rooms were spacious and clean with good facilities. Only reason for slight mark down was the bathroom was a bit tired. Fantastic location for craft and antique shopping. Food in the restaurant was excellent.

Nothing at all.
