What an amazing find. Loved everything about this place. Staff are so friendly & the communication between Rob was exceptional. Room was light, airy & clean. Food was amazing & some of the best we have ever eaten. The duck salad for starters was so delicious as was the supreme trout & pressed lamb main dishes. Thoroughly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed. Will definitely return.

The only thing we would recommend is if you are putting two single beds together to make up a double/king size bed, is to put a bed topper on do you don’t feel the ridge down the middle.

We loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone wanting to explore this region including The Cotswolds. The room was spacious, warm and the bed was very comfortable. I slept very well. The shower is large with a lovely rainwater head as an option. The bathroom has under floor heating. My husband enjoyed the coffee pod machine. Overall I can't fault the accommodation at all. The staff were all really friendly and helpful we got lots of great travel tips. The food at the restaurant was delicious including the free breakfast we had. Plenty of parking spaces and a nice outdoor area. It was perfect for us.

We stayed here to escape the craziness of home and work, and it was exactly what we needed. The room was spot on for comfort and cleanliness, the location was super quiet and the pub environment was welcoming and comfortable to strangers, despite being in a smaller Cotswolds village. The breakfast options were varied and gorgeous. We stayed in for dinner one night and there were plenty of options for drinks, and the food was excellent, all locally sourced and the staff were brilliant with their recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting by the fire for a drink and playing some games. We're already looking at dates to stay again soon!

The only bad thing was the door was difficult to unlock but once you got the knack for it it was super easy and didn't impact our stay at all.

For us it was a perfect location, quiet village but quite central in the Cotswalds. The set up, with the rooms in the outbuilding, was great, felt like staying in a cottage. The room was big, the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was very good, as was the food in the restaurant. The staff very kind and helpfull. We hope to come back again.

The bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly, there were cobwebs and spiders in every corner. And a water damage on the wall under the window in the bathroom stood out from the rest of the immaculate room. There is a military airport nearby, but luckily the planes don't fly at night, so it wasn't a problem. Some fruit and healthier cereal for brakfast would have been appreciated. But overall it is a great place which I can recommend.

Greeted at the bar by the owner who introduced himself and also showed us around which we really appreciated and made us feel very at home. Nothing worse than trying to find where to go for breakfast! Shown our room which was absolutely massive and a bonus being away from the pub not that this would have been an issue as the pub is quiet. One thing to mention is that we where told on arrival that food would still be served till 8pm for guests but on the website it said 6pm so we ate else where as we where unsure what time we would get there; had we have known it was till 8pm we would have eaten here. Best breakfast I’ve ever had whilst staying away! New owners are doing a fantastic job! Value for money brilliant! Keep up the good work!

Nothing! Everything was PERFECT!

Lovely pub. The staff and management were excellent. We had one of the outside rooms which was lovely, and we were able to park outside. Beautiful decor; superb, comfortable bed, tea and coffee facilities with mini fridge and complimentary water. We also had our dog with us and there was a bed and goody box waiting for him which was great, plus we were able to take him into the restaurant which was a big plus point. Breakfast was first class and a choice of items with lovely sourdough toast.

Nothing really. If there was anything it was that we were staying 3 nights and we found the menu a bit limiting. We ate in the restaurant for 2 nights and went out for the 3rd night.

The pub was in a perfect location set in a quiet village but close enough to many local attractions. All the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful . The room was spacious and comfortable complete with coffee making machine and kettle, and a new bed with large pop up tv set in the frame. Loved the little fridge which was re stocked daily with fresh milk and water. There was a good choice of breakfast that was hot and very tasty. The restaurant served lovely meals which again were served hot and very tasty. It was nice to be able to relax with a drink in comfortable chairs in the bar area.

The down side for us were the amount of dogs allowed around the pub, especially in the restaurant. On rereading the description it does state they are welcome however we would have preferred it if there had been a designated area so we weren't surrounded by them while eating. Also felt the bedroom and bathroom could have done with a bit more lighting around the mirror areas.

Rob made us so welcome upon arrival and throughout our stay. There was a fire in the hearth of the pub which was so inviting. The decor of the lounge, restaurants and our room were really appealing. Our dinner in the restaurant on the first night of our stay was delicious, even if a bit pricey, and Celia, our server, very personable and provided great service. Our room was very comfortable and cozy. Rooms were separated from each other like a motel, only more like cottages. This afforded all the charm and privacy of a cottage, and I liked the view of the ivy on the walls behind our cottage. Rob is a natural host and deserves top marks.

Honestly, nothing! I would perhaps just suggest offering yogurt and fruit along the other breakfast options. But that's just me-- The Five Alls offered plenty of options, and their fresh oj was particularly delicious!

Both the pub itself and the room were beautiful, so comfortable, and immaculate. We had a lovely greeting from the GM, and he and the young lady that looked after us during dinner were fantastic. Food (mostly) and drinks were great! The crispy duck salad and trout my partner had were fabulous; my burger was delicious and came with a massive portion of fries that was impossible haha! We had puddings and both the chocolate torte and the choux bun were sublime.

I should have said at the time but I find it hard to complain in person (which I know isn't helpful) - the "crispy pancake with prawns" was a nice enough prawn cocktail - but in a tough, chewy basket thing, probably made from a deep fried tortilla, several days ago... I expect that they are great when fresh. I found the breakfast choice a bit disappointing after reading such good things on TripAdvisor, but that's because I can't eat pork. I usually hope the breakfast options include "veggie" sausages, or smoked salmon (smoked trout! given their relationship with nearby Bibury Trout Fishery). I had nice mushrooms on toast instead. My partner LOVED his full English though!

Absolutely beautiful place! The staff were all so lovely and accommodating, plus the food was to die for! We stayed on-site both nights for dinner and it was delicious. Lovely, clean room with a huge, comfortable bed and excellent amenities such as hairdryer, tea/coffee making facility, TV, and complimentary toiletries; it was lovely and quiet, too. Plus, the shower was powerful and hot - always the sign of good accommodation, IMO! There is ample on-site parking and the included breakfast was, unsurprisingly, delicious as well, with a huge choice of tasty options on offer (full English/continental etc). My other half and I fancied two nights in the Cotswolds as part of his 40th birthday celebrations. I spent ages looking at Chipping Campden but all the properties had mediocre reviews at best so we decided to stay a little further out but somewhere decent and Five Alls did not let us down! While we were there, we visited Sudeley Castle (highly recommended) and had a mooch around Chipping Campden (stunning village; definitely worth a visit!). Both places were less than 30 mins away by car. So while the location might not be as central, if you have your own vehicle it’s a no-brainer. Thank you for such a wonderful stay, Rob & team!

There was nothing we didn’t like, genuinely. Only small gripe was we couldn’t have dinner in the on-site restaurant on the second evening as it was fully booked, which was a little disappointing. I will hold my hands up and admit I didn’t think to book as it was a Tuesday evening and underestimated its popularity. While the food was just as delicious seated in the bar area - the pork belly! Yummmm! - the experience wasn’t quite as good as in the restaurant; the service was a little less attentive.
