Everyone we spoke with were very pleasant and seemed happy with their jobs there. The breakfast was varied and food good.

Very little room to park when you come for registration. The construction next to the south side where you have to enter was unpleasant to navigate. The city parking lot used by the hotel is quite a hike from where we had to park. A golf cart or similar vehicle could be used to get the customers luggage back to the hotel and up to the room. This is the main problem with the facility as I see it.

The location is the best! Easy walk to all the shops and restaurants! The staff was super accommodating in every way! I never felt that my questions or requests were a burden. Extra towels? Yes! The breakfast buffet was so good! Variety for all taste buds (I'm a picky eater)!!!! Menu changed daily so that was really great! I will stay there again next I visit Fairhope.

Location was very good, downtown fairhope. Friendly staff.

The room was moist unless the ac was going. Really annoying when you go to sit down to put shoes on and the chair is damp. Might have to do with how the room was laid out and the mini spit direction.

The location is perfect for exploring downtown. The breakfast was acceptable. The staff members were very friendly.

The rooms could use better lighting. Construction was ongoing, so the hotel didn't feel very secure. There were plastic sheets hanging over certain areas.

The motel was in the perfect spot. It is within walking distance to many of the restaurants and shops. Breakfast was one the best we have had. Our room/ bathroom was really clean. Bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The pillows on the bed were flat other than that there were no complaints.

The location was excellent. Right in the heart of downtown Fairhope and easy walk to Mobile Bay. Fairhope is a very charming southern town. The full breakfast was pretty good and the coffee was very good.

It was very hot and the a/c ran constantly. The unit leaked so part of the carpet was pretty wet.

I was VERY disappointed when we got there and the room was not what Booking showed in the pictures. Our room was nice but not what you show it to be. I discovered the pictures you say are the King room with walk in shower are really the King Suite. Imagine my disappointment and when I talked to the front desk they acted like I was crazy. I went back and looked at the pictures on Booking.com and realized you put the wrong pictures. U got what I paid for but not what you advertise it to be 😞

Awesome location for walking around Fairhope! The coffee in the morning was actually really good, didn’t taste like typical hotel coffee.

The room felt a little dated but that’s not anything bad. It was very clean and comfortable!

The location was in the center of town which is what we wanted.

The facilities are in need of repair and cleaning. It is a dog friendly hotel but wish they only allowed people who had a dog stay in certain rooms. We don't have a dog but we stayed in a room that previously had a dog as there were big bite mark chunks out of the bathroom vanity. The back of the tv remote was broken and somebody had used scotch tape to reattach it. It kept coming off and the batteries would fall out.
