The entire staff were all very pleasant! My mom and I had to find somewhere to stay for a couple of days. I had called different places that allowed dogs, but not any other pets! It was disheartening, but the day manager allowed us an early check in and the okay for us to bring our pets! That was truly the best part of our stay.

They were working on the water line when we checked in. However, once the work was done, we didn't have any hot water for almost 12 hours. The staff were very accommodating and willing to relocate us to another room. All in all the hot water did come on. It would be nice if there were gluten-free and dairy free choices for breakfast.

We were upgraded to the executive king suite which was super nice. The breakfast was pretty good and the location was very convenient. Will definitely stay here again.

Sofa bed was uncomfortable. Location wasn't great (as in....it's by the airport and there's a cabaret show across the way)but if you're not walking around in location it's fine as a stopping point on trip. There are several nice hotels nearby so wouldn't let location dissuade you from staying.

The woman who was in charge of breakfast, Jennifer, was fantastic. Not only did she work very hard, but she made sure everyone’s day started as well as it could. She greeted the guests as they came in and wished them a good day as they left. It was obvious that she took great pride in her work. For her alone, we will come back to Country Inn and Suites.

Our room was located near housekeeping and at times it was very noisy in the morning. The shower had very low water pressure.

The room was very comfy and clean. I requested a first floor and at check in I was given what I had requested. Everyone I interacted with was very nice, the breakfast in the morning was hot and delicious. The noon check out was nice, even though I had to be back on the road earlier than that. It was definitely one of the best places I stayed while I traveled, and would stay there again!

The location and the general facility were very good. We do think there should be a sign on the road pointing out the facility-we nearly missed it even though it is a big building because we were driving. The desk staff were very good, the room was ready and the included breakfast was very good. For being next to an airport it was really quiet.

We are anti-mask mandate and were annoyed at Pima County or whatever it is but that's not the hotel's fault. However, the lack of skid strips in the tub/shower should be rectified; we are old and such things matter to us. It would also be nice to have electrical plug-ins in the lamp bases instead down at floor lever on the wall but we managed.

I love stuff support. Stacy, she was nice and was helping me out to order food during a mid night. this was my very first time in the USA, I had no ability to call, unlucky, I couldn't find any of restuarant to delivery food. I gave up to get a meal, but she went to the kitchen finding something for me to eat. I remember that begel and cream cheese was the most delicious and warmest begel that I ever had.

We liked the breakfasts and the room which was a suite was very comfortable! The check in was easy and friendly!

Our shower never got hot water or even warm. We were NOT HAPPY! I did complain to the staff and they apologized. We were checking out that AM so I knew that they couldn't do anything for us at least to fix it. Of course, they didn't offer a partial credit or even points. 🙄 One other thing, we didn't have a door hanger to refuse housekeeping. I didn't think that the hotel even offered that currently because most hotels don't since Covid.

Clean. Comfortable. Safe. Quiet. Excellent breakfasts. Great amenities. Friendly and accommodating staff. Has everything I look for in a hotel.

TV in room could be mounted higher to be more easily viewed when lying in bed. Hey, I had to find something to complain about.

Room and facilities were exceptionally clean. The woman at the front desk went above and beyond with her service. The rooms are super nice, bright and inviting. Nice, big desk, refrigerator, microwave, indoor rooms and wonderfully quiet even though it was a busy hotel. Great area and location as well, easy to drive to shops or dining.

It wasn’t anything about this hotel I didn’t like. And I have stayed in several 5 star hotels. This hotel staff is a 5 star staff. All through the day they were first class . I will stay at this hotel every time I visit Tucson. Even the guests was friendly and nice. The Breakfast was great. 💯
