Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located right by the Tucson Airport. My friend and I ate in the restaurant twice during our stay. The meals were good and our waiter Leroy was awesome. He gave us good service and had a great sense of humor. We would definitely stay here again.

The photos of the pool and hot tub were a little misleading. Didn't look like the same relaxing oasis in person. I was hoping for a nicer set up outside. Hot tub switch wasn't working and it had some exposed wiring.

Wonderfully soft, clean, and so comfortable beds. Great water pressure and light blocking curtains. Nice quiet room and hotel. Restaurant open late that served great beers and burgers, with great staff. Coffee ready in the lobby at 4:00 a.m., and on demand, free shuttle to the airport. I would definitely stay here again, first choice in Tucson!

The only thing that went wrong was that I didn't get my 4 am morning wake up call as requested, but thankfully I had also set my phone alarm as well.

We were woken up by the sound of a jack hammer working on the staircase right out of our room. I addressed it with the manager the next day, who promptly addressed it, was accountable, and compensated my guest and I with a free breakfast and half off of our next stay. She was great! Room was great. Location convenient to places we wanted to go.

Our booking stated breakfast was included for 3 adults. At the property, they did not provide breakfast. When I showed them the booking summary, they stated we did not pay extra for breakfast. This created stress and additional expenses both days we stayed there, totally about an additional $60. We were upset and disappointed at this.

Hotel and grounds were beautiful. We were at the back end of the hotel right next to the airport so it was very noisy while planes were taking off and landing. Next time I'd request a room more central. I am a very light sleeper. Other than that it was very nice. We were just there overnight and wanted to be close to the airport for an early departure.

Comfortable bed, water pressure in shower and toiletries provided. Friendly staff. Super quick check in. When I checked in, our fridge wasn't working and someone came out and replaced it within about 15 minutes. Many amenities and excellent price. Very close to airport.

Everything it is the epitome of what a hotel should be. The staff is friendly, very helpful and excellent to work with each visit. The rooms are very clean & smell good. Always all the toiletries, hairdryer and towels. I 💖 this place.

Room was fine.

Unfortunately, the hotel is under the flight path if the nearby air force base. Jets starting flying over early in the morning. I had planned to sleep in, having arrived at 2 am but this was impossible.

I checked in early Tuesday and left early Wednesday. The staff was the same. Very helpful and cordial the next morning asked about my stay and nights sleep. Actually seemed interested and genuine. I travel a lot, I was impressed!
