It was quiet, and everything in the room worked. It was basic clean.

The door to the room was hard to open and close. It needed to be properly adjusted. The blanket had a tear in it. The remote needed new batteries. There were holes on the wall of the bathroom where they had moved a towel shelf and just did not finish it. The floor could have been swept and dust mopped better. The granite counter had chips in it that were not filled.

Everything staff was so helpful night attendant forgot his name he was an older gentleman he was very nice and helpful. Morning attendant young woman she was also very nice and patient with me I have forgot my necklace in the hotel room and I came back hour after my departure she was very helpful in retrieve my property. I have no bad feedback sorry. Only good this visit was a positive one for me and my wife she was also happy with the stay sleep very good. No issues at night or in the morning. Thank you again for a wonderful experience

i was impressed by fast check in. considering that they were busy at time of our arrival. facilities were nice and clean. also free breakfast nice set up.

just that there were no stores walking distance. other then that 👍

The A/C worked and the room was clean and smelled really clean as well.

The TV channels could have had better reception and more choice. There was also a refundable security deposit that is not stated on the website anywhere that I could locate.

that you have to pay a few days before you stay instead of at the property and breakfast doesn’t start till 7 and there’s not much of a variety

the roof in the hallways looked like they were wet & maybe had mold. the rooms we nice but the roof in the rooms also had water stains.

That I am on day 6 and have not received my refund I'm hoping to wake up to it if not I will be changing my review and contacting them might not ever return and I hope it doesn't go that far

The room was really big and it had everything I needed.

There was bunch of hair between the bed's sheets. The remote controller had either low batteries or was not ok.

The location was nice and convenient. Booked last minute and had an exceptional employee at the front desk who assisted with all of my questions.

My shower didn’t work in the room and the breakfast was just yogurt and a protein bar (likely due to covid so not holding that against them).
