The staff was very friendly and helpful! Courtney, at the front desk, to the staff in the restaurant (even though I just wanted my own personal glass filled with ice water) were so helpful! I had an early morning flight and they couldn’t have been nicer about making sure I had everything I needed! The room was clean, cool, and very comfortable! I have traveled a lot this summer and this was, by far, the best hotel I’ve stayed in. one of the things I always look for is an outside space to sit in the evening and morning and they did not disappoint! They have a nice area with tables, as well as a comfortable sitting area! Loved my stay and will definitely stay there again!

I would have liked to have a water / coffee station for that early morning time before my flight.

I had written a note to do something for my anniversary. It was responded to and said something could be done. I never heard more than that and nothing was done. Continental breakfast(the prepaid option) was not appetizing at all. Didn't use the second day vouchers. I think if it's the most expensive option, it should be better than the menu items that are less expensive.

Friendly staff, clean common areas, staff was polite and accommodating. Tori, Bianca and Sam are always a please to see when I stay here.

The coffee maker did not work, the price of the continental breakfast was inflated...come on, its a continental breakfast. The shower door towel holder was loose and came off. I expect more from Hilton due to the brand and reputation. I can get the same accommodations for less at a competitive hotel in the area.

Every thing !!! I wish I would have taken advantage of the facilities provided. My stay was more business than pleasure. I There are no words to express how grateful I am to have chosen the Hilton Garden Inn. Leroy , Tori bartenders were fantastic !! Every one from the desk clerk to the cooks, can not wait to return to Tucson , I will return every time to stay at Hilton Garden. Room 242..stay Nov 24th..through Nov 28th..check out process was easy and convenient. THANK YOU !!

The night shift employee is amazing and the restaurant team is too

When I stayed on the week of May 5th for three days. no one came by to clean my room. There was no door tag and when I requested that my room be cleaned it didn't happen. I know your organization is short staff that is why I made my bed and took my trash out.

The entire hotel was clean and very well kept, rooms were clean and cozy, the pool area and hot tub were well kept, and clean, and the staff were nice and polite and very helpful

Friendly staff. Near the airport but not noisy. You can leave your car here for free when taking trips.

No free breakfast. Facilities were a little tired.
