We had one light meal - food was good.

I was disappointed in the breakfast. I have stayed at other Hilton Garden Inn (Columbus, Oh) and they had a continental breakfast for free. The breakfast in Tucson was $l6.95! No other options - we couldn’t just buy a pastry, yogurt, fruit, etc. Seems very expensive since there were 2 fast food restaurants within walking distance.

It was very clean on the inside, we were able to sit and order food inside so it was nice not having to travel out again to get food. I also left my ring in the bathroom and the lady at the front desk was SO helpful in helping me get it back. They actually mailed it back to me and had packaged it really well. I really appreciated their help with it.

Super friendly staff-above and beyond in their welcome. Room coffee making, refrig, all was comfy enough for a one night stay. Always am looking for a nice property with availability of 24 hour airport shuttle--this Hilton fills the bill. Slightly more reasonable than surrounding properties but not lacking anything at all!

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Courtney, at the front desk, to the staff in the restaurant (even though I just wanted my own personal glass filled with ice water) were so helpful! I had an early morning flight and they couldn’t have been nicer about making sure I had everything I needed! The room was clean, cool, and very comfortable! I have traveled a lot this summer and this was, by far, the best hotel I’ve stayed in. one of the things I always look for is an outside space to sit in the evening and morning and they did not disappoint! They have a nice area with tables, as well as a comfortable sitting area! Loved my stay and will definitely stay there again!

I would have liked to have a water / coffee station for that early morning time before my flight.

Customer service was excellent! I was able to check in at 9 in the morning which was awesome! We had an issue with our refrigerator not working but it was fixed quickly and effortlessly. Every staff member I encountered was lovely

We wanted to stay close to the airport since our flight was so early in the morning. The location was perfect, facilities were clean, beds were comfy, staff was so kind and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Everything about this hotel is just wonderful. The staff are very nice and always smiling. The rooms are clean with super comfortable beds and pillows. We love the pool and it's very clean and feels like an oasis.

I had written a note to do something for my anniversary. It was responded to and said something could be done. I never heard more than that and nothing was done. Continental breakfast(the prepaid option) was not appetizing at all. Didn't use the second day vouchers. I think if it's the most expensive option, it should be better than the menu items that are less expensive.

Friendly staff, clean common areas, staff was polite and accommodating. Tori, Bianca and Sam are always a please to see when I stay here.

The coffee maker did not work, the price of the continental breakfast was inflated...come on, its a continental breakfast. The shower door towel holder was loose and came off. I expect more from Hilton due to the brand and reputation. I can get the same accommodations for less at a competitive hotel in the area.
