This is a smaller motel but very nice.It had everything we were hoping for. The room was super clean, neat and quiet. We had 2 comfortable beds-with 4 pillows on each bed .The room also had a refrigerator, coffee maker,microwave and a nice size TV-All in perfect working order . The staff there was courteous and friendly as well. They also presented a very nice breakfast buffet in the morning .

There was nothing that we didn't like.

Easy on/off I-10. Very nice property. Good parking. Clean spacious room with good breakfast. Comfortable bed w/good pillows. Nice TV. Good Wi-Fi. Attractive lobby area. Clean hotel throughout. Would stay here again.

No freezer as part of refrigerator. Waffle machine didn't work but, otherwise, good breakfast. No extra towels. Fighter jets at Air Force Base across the street were really loud (assumed they were in-training) during early evening hours.

I Loved loved the bed and pillow! I was sorry to have to get up at 3 am for my 6 am flight as the bed was just so comfortable. The check in was fast and friendly and I loved the bag with two bottles of water for me for my stay. When I made my way to the lobby so early in the morning, i was greeted with the shuttle driver and the front desk gal - smiles all around. Such a pleasure and the price and location could not have been better. Many thanks for a great night's sleep.

Not keen on the fan in the bathroom when the light is turned on - but that was manageable.

Well the billing was not to my liking. My receipt shows that my credit card was charged $409.14, but on my credit card statement it was charged $458.14 and than $1.00. Don't know what the $1.00 was for and the refund has not showed up on the credit card statement. It has been 4 days since the I was told it was only going to take about a few days. This is not the way to run a business. I am not a happy camper.

The hotel was within walking distance to the airport. The hotel manager on duty was fantastic; friendly and experienced. The rooms were quiet and clean.

This is an older Hampton Inn so the rooms are small, particularly the bathroom. The window to the outdoors was tiny and the entire outside wall had a curtain over it. The towels were scratchy and needed to be replaced. The coffee in the lobby was undrinkable…and actually did not even taste like coffee!

Better than expected, this is going to be my go-to hotel when I travel to Tucson. Someone who really understands what travelers want must have designed this hotel. So many small but appreciated details. Loved the breakfast room with a variety of comfortable places to sit, and healthy breakfast choices, very well done and well managed. I appreciated paper plates instead of styrofoam.The pool area was small but sweet, with palm trees, grass, flowers and plenty of places to sit. Friendly, helpful staff. It was a cut above other hotels at a similar price point.

It was a bit out of the way to stay near the airport, but it was worth it, in the end.

The room was terrific. They let me pick the 4th floor. The room was huge and clean. Loved it. Included couch with pull-out bed, computer chair and desk, mini fridge, and microwave. There were even a couple of footstools for the sofa. Great room.

It's hard to really complain, but that breakfast was just okay. The potatoes weren't cooked well and there wasn't any meat, like bacon or sausage. I know meats are expensive nowadays with biden-flation though, so understandable, but it would've been a nice touch.

Location of this facility was excellent. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was very naturally friendly and welcoming. Sometimes associates are required to be friendly and this team was just their natural friendly self. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Refrigerator did not have a freezer. Freezers are important for travelers.

I was thirlled with how quiet the rooms were!. great service animal potty spot out back. phones/ shuttle with delayed flight was aweful for arrival but the mattress was comfortable for my disability( #1 criterion, then quiet is #2...I loved how quiet the doors were.)my next hotel felt aweful compared to my first 2 nights here, despite a difficult arrival that was related to the phones not working and thus an inability to call for the shuttle with a very late flight.

The room serve our needs needs very wells as we stayed several days. Would have liked to have a ground floor, but none were available at the time. Breakfast was great. Pool and hot tub were fine.

Hours of the pool and hot tub closed at 8pm would have like it a little longer.
