The location is right next to the airport, and for that, I booked the hotel. I didn't eat breakfast deciding to eat out.

I was offered an upgrade at $10 a night in an email—which I accepted. However, when it appeared on my bill, I was billed $61 in addition to the price set b bookings.com. In addition, I found it puzzling that a hotel of the size adjacent to the airport was still not providing a daily room maintenance service—you had to request it. I arrived at the hotel from a lesser expensive Best Western (Gold Canyon) that offered complimentary breakfast and full room service.

Staff is always friendly. Rooms are clean. Property is well kept.

The only thing that bothered me was on our 2nd night we found out that if we didn't close our door a certain way the latch didn't pop out leaving the ability to push open our door. We told a staff member and they sent a maintenance worker over right away. But he only showed my husband how to adjust something so the door would catch and lock from the outside. I tried but couldn't get the hang of it, so only my husband knew how to shut it properly. If we were staying longer than 2 nights I would have asked for another room, to have piece of mind. Next time I'll make sure to check that first.

The location was close to the airport. The room was quiet and a little older, but still nice. The bed was very comfortable. We had an early flight and thought we'd have to walk, but a shuttle was waiting and the driver was excellent. We just used it for one night, but it was really a lovely oasis once you were inside. It would be a lovely spot to stay with a family

I think because a lot of families stay here for vacations, the rooms see a lot of hard use. Not that there was anything wrong with the room. It just didn't have the pristine unlived in look of a place where people just sleep and leave.

Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. Delicious warm cookies.

No house keeping. You have to ask ahead of time if you want the room cleaned during your stay.Didnt like our room was way in the back. We asked if someone could take out the trash. They said they would but didnt. Front desk wouldnt answer the phone.Not enough towels by the pool.

Everything! The breakfast was fantastic and the people at the desk were very accommodating and friendly. The beds and pillows were sink in comfy. I would recommend this hotel.

One of the workers at the pool made a rude comment about my service dog. I reported it to the desk and they took care of the matter.

The facility looks nice from the outside, very nice staff, mostly a quiet even though it is so close to airport

The rooms need a little upgrade, not sure if it was the AC or the bathroom but the room had a strong musky odor, wet bar faucet had calcium on faucet, the bathroom was a little rundown, more pillows would have been nice or a fuller pillows

Lovely staff who really looked after me when I landed late and very tired from my flight. I managed to get food and they didn't mind that I ordered just before closing, nice facilities, love free cookie!

Warmer pool would be great! 24 hour gym is good. Some room service would be ideal so I can eat in my room late at night - my stay was around a flight so I only just managed to eat, had it been later I'd have been hungry!

I Loved the fact that our room, and most of the rooms were around the pool, also, the locked gates were the only way in, besides the front lobby! The Staff was helpful.

We didn't get housekeeping, even though we asked for it, multiple times! And our room was full of mosquitos! Not even exaggerating when I say we killed about 10 of them.

It was relaxing and very close to the airport for travel. The breakfast was excellent.

The grounds, fountains, pool and the landscape were very nice. The way the rooms are secure was great. The beds were very comfortable.

Location was good. Older property but seems to be very well maintained. Beds were very comfortable. Balcony was made from steel and very very small but it did the job as long as no more than 2 people were on it. Then again only 2 can probably fit. Staff was super friendly. You get cookies at check in and check out I mean who doesn't love warm cookies? Would stay here again.

No ceiling fans. Was surprised. Buffet is pricey for what you get. Most items can be found free at most other reputable hotel chains. Other than that nothing we can really complain about or say we did not like.
