The receptionist who checked me in and out, was very courteous and helpful. My special requests upon arriving to my hotel room was met to my needs which is always a plus!

Bed sheets need to be properly washed. Maids need to clean and wipe the appliances inside the room even though they "assume" haven't been touched or used. Bathroom mirror had dried water spots and was obviously not cleaned by the maid. One of the elevators was out of order and was a huge hassle having to use the only one that was working. The carpet inside the hotel needs to either be replaced or shampooed as it smelled.

I loved the pool but the hot tub jets did not work, I had to ask for the pool area to be unlocked and it was done promptly. I loved the big suite room. It was worth the extra money.we will stay at this hotel again when in Tucson.

Eggs looked unappetizing and no meat. Attendant did not clean tables between breakfast patrons. When I asked for cleaning of tables it was completed immediately and politely. I am always disappointed in motel and hotel breakfasts that do not consider including low sugar items like juice and yogurt for many adults with diabetes 2 and overweight issues. Thank goodness for fridges in rooms so we bring food products to substitute the breakfast items.

It was generally quiet in our room, stayed for 5 days as my husband was sick after coming back from our 17 day trip to Asia

Well, We were charged the maximum for our cat to stay there. He wound up only staying with us one night, because he cried too much during the night while we tried to sleep. He kept my sick husband awake when he needed his rest, so the next day I drove him down to my sisters in Green Valley for her to care for him. So in actuality, he only stayed one night with us in our room, room 110. We should have notified the front desk, but everything was a blur with not feeling well, jet lag & & trying to sleep enough to get back into the routine of our time zone (a 14 hr. difference!)

We arrived late, and the ladies there had excellent customer service. I agree with everyone that it is a very spacious and clean room, beds are comfortable , but I did wake up with a rash on my legs and the same with my husband's back. Although nobody else mentioned anything, so that was great, it was probably just our bed. I am a dog-friendly person because I have dogs on my own. My suggestion to every hotel that allows pets should not have carpets at all. Overall everything else was excellent!

Staff was very friendly. Location was good. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the microwave and refrigerator. Breakfast was adequate.

The chairs in the dining area were very worn and need replacing. The entrance had several old pieces of gum on the ground. The flowers were welcoming, but the cement was in need of a good power washing. The ice machine on our floor was out of order so we had to go to a different floor for ice.

Breakfast was very good . Very good looking room ,,,overall excellent experience.

location and transportation to airport

The guest room was not as clean as it should have been. Perhaps the stains in the toilet are permanent but the pubic hair on the toilet seat was off putting. The luggage rack had a broken strap-something that is an easy repair and it was still useable. Burned out lightbulb in the entry, finial missing from lamp… I share these things with you to give you an idea of what things could easily be addressed.

Always choose this place for my Tucson destination. Room is comfortable and clean. It is quieter near the airport than in central Tucson. Breakfast has hot and cold items along with the usual toast, bagels and yogurt.

Shower is for disable people but the shower is almost level to the ground so water can run into the rest of bath. The coffee maker has no convenient outlet so you have to look for one.

A great hotel close to the airport, check in was slightly disappointing with only one receptionist available and a large queue formed. Rooms were clean and tidy and of a good size. Staff were very friendly and went out of the way should you have forgotten something. Breakfast was available with a great variety of hot items. The courtesy transport to the airport was on demand and readily available when we wanted it. If you are looking to stay close to the airport we would recommend La Quinta.

Due to the close proximity to the airport you do hear noise, if you are a light sleeper and do not want to be disturbed ask for a room at the back of the hotel however this does not distract from the value of this place.

Atmosphere was present and easy to get work done. I was comfortable getting ready for the morning and all the amenities were great! I also appreciate the room being cooler for me to adjust to the heat here.

Two things were rough. The coffee machine in the room was nasty with hair and calcification on the inside and did not even touch it after looking at it. The lobby bathroom was disgusting, the pipes look like they are about to break, rust in areas there shouldn't be rust and the urinal looked like it went to war and lost. Some gas station bathrooms looked better.
