The views were great and the facility was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful as well.

The facility needs to up the vibe at the hotel. The bar area needs a better sounds system and a cool playlist. Outside they need to pipe in some cool Sedona type music… flutes etc. I think this will help to create a very special experience.

Location is amazing. Food was exceptional.

Resort hosted a wedding during our stay. Ceremony was held next to the pool, and signs posted asking guests to keep noise to a minimum during the ceremony - we had no problem with that. Reception was held in same location (courtyard), and the DJ played extremely loud music into the night, which is rather rude after we were asked to be quiet during the day! Also, we could not use the courtyard area area the afternoon/night of the wedding (fire pits and chairs with views of the rocks). Didn’t seem fair that paying guests lose out on amenities, yet still charged a resort fee that day.

Excellent hotel, it’s 5 mins walk to the Uptown area but still set back from the street so it’s quiet and Hidden. beautiful views, hotel staff was stellar. Our room was ready early, valet always had our car ready, food was phenomenal, there were two weddings while we were there but it was never overrun with guests. Only negative thing I could say is, housekeeping was inconsistent in cleaning our room. Didn’t clean it at all the first day- 2nd and 3rd day it was haphazard. They made the bed and emptied the trash but they didn’t take any other trash on the tables or take used coffee mugs.

The in the resort restaurant was outstanding. The meals were prepared by an excellent chef and the serving staff was stellar! A real asset to this fine resort. Extremely friendly place highly recommend to anyone that wants a truly pleasurable stay.

I can't think of a thing that could of been better. It was all that we expected. Even the snow didn't dampen our spirits and added to the experience of the beauty of the place.

Fantastic location in the middle of Sedona near shops and amazing views, terrific and incredibly helpful staff, and excellent restaurant.

Rooms were rather ordinary, not especially luxurious given the price - the bed linens were rough and not that comfortable and the inconsistent HVAC blasted either too cold or too hot.

A great location in town. Close to restaurants and shops. The staff was super friendly!! It was really nice that they give out water bottles anytime you need one. Nice restaurant. Hood food and creative cocktails. Beautiful view from the pool area, nice creek and walking trails.

Toiletries and requests for toiletries and coffee were very limited. The room was pretty small and wasn’t as deluxe as some hotels. The pool area is small and was often crowded with no chairs available.

The beds were so comfortable. You could walk easily in uptown Sedona. the bathroom products were really nice. The hotel was beautiful.

Having to valet park meant popping in to grab something between hikes took careful planning. Facing the courtyard meant that the restaurants musician could be heard in our room as if he was there with us. Luckily it ended at 9pm

The location can't be beat. The scenery along the creek and with the red rocks in the background is fantastic. The infinity pool was just lovely along with the fire pit/aiderondek chair area. Also, the front desk check in staff and especially the valet staff were simply extraordinary - looking to be assistive and aiming to please and help you have a good stay from the very minute you arrived. They were incredibly accommodating with our need to leave very early in the morning to hike and worked extremely hard to be efficient. Additionally, we celebrated my husband's birthday at Salt Rock while we were there - the special touches the staff added to the dinner were very much appreciated.

While the pool area was truly lovely, at times it turned into either romper room or a spring break brawl. It's advertised to be a soothing, quiet, peaceful place - which it mostly was, but the number of children staying at the resort and playing at the pool and the number of people crowding the pool while waiting to check in made the late afternoons and early evenings less than desireable and certainly not peaceful at the pool. Additionally, the fire pits and aiderondek chairs are just lovely. The property could use at least two, if not more fire pits to accommodate demand.
