The value of the room is correct.

The entrance to the facility from the road is extremely difficult to see. There should be better markings and lighting on the road. This is important. There is hole in the wall of our room. (I think that was room #137, at the side of laundry or ice maker room).

The property is older but the rooms have been updated and are clean, everything worked as it should have. The carpet was clean.

The bed was quite hard but I slept just fine on it.

Location is great, room is nice and clean! I have stayed with them several times, as a home base for exploring the Buffalo river. They have fulfilled my request for a certain room each time, and I really did appreciate that!!!! I will be staying there again!

The new room was clean, comfy and hot water as soon as you turn on the faucet's which is very nice, hot water on demand. A real coffee pot, nice size fridge/ freezer and microwave. The bathroom/ shower and vanity are in separate rooms which is nice. Hair dryer is provided. The room has 2 doors in the unit. The door off the bedroom goes out to a porch where a nice park bench is provided for you and overlooks their very large outdoor pool and nice scenery to eat your provided breakfast on the porch or the nice large dining table inside. The continual breakfast consist of cereal, milk, juice, bagels, and the fixings for the bagels. The property is right next door to the Harrison fairgrounds but their is enough land between the property and the fairgrounds you are not bothered by the noise. One night we stayed there were tractor pulls, we heard nothing. The property is quite. The outside is kept clean. The owners did take care of the bad cleaning by hiring a new cleaning staff. Upon our departure the owners apologized again and again for the issues the 1st night we were there. My husband stated to them. " We enjoyed our stay."

When we arrived the desk staff said "you booked a queen bed room" I replied yes, the clerk stated you will not be comfortable in that room and upgraded us to a king suite. We went to the room ready to just rest with a shower first when we went into the room the sheets and bed were made however the bathroom was not cleaned, we immediately went to the front desk and they switched our room immediately and was very apologetic. They even offered a full refund and we can find another place to go, I would of been happy with an additional discount however could not do that per the owner's. So we decided to stay in the new room. The property owners need to tear up the old carpets and replace as they are musty odor smelling.

I liked that the staff was friendly.It was in a good location, quiet and clean.All that we needed for our stay with a good price.

The pool was not open

Loved the location, right next to the fairgrounds we were showing at for the weekend. Room was clean, water pressure was great. We were upgraded to a king sized bed. Super comfortable, not a ton of road noise.

The owner was so professional and very helpful. The room was super clean and smelled so clean and refreshing.

Great location, nice and quiet, staff I dealt with were very nice and accommodating. It's a little dated but everything work as it should and was clean. For this price I'll definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel, clean rooms and quiet at night. Don't count on the continental breakfast or any other amenities, it's just a clean room at a fair price.

Would like to have had clean linens without asking and garbage cans emptied each day.
