It’s clean and it has everything you need as if you were at home. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well.

That the price change to a higher price then what the website said I would be paying and I don’t think that was right.

The breakfast was amazing. love all the options. just like the one we stayed at in fort smith. Please keep all the options

water pressure wasnt what i hoped for. i know it was set the way it was to conserve but that should be the guests option. i really enjoy hard water pressure.

The room was wonderful. The pool and outside areas are comfortable and relaxing. Quiet and close to restaurants. The view of the lake was gorgeous. Excellent exercise room. I will definitely stay here again.

The pillows were too soft. I ended up with neck pain. The breakfast was mediocre. There was no hot food other than the frozen sandwiches you had to heat up.

The breakfast was great good variety of things to eat vs a waffle, cereal and maybe a piece of fruit compared to ther places. Suites very much plenty of space like the setup with counter space all the way down and shelves above. Full size fridge and sink with dishes , coffee cups and a dishwasher. Our room had only one bed but couch to sit and read or watch the NCAA basketball tournament.

Bed was not that great a little stiff.

My husband I stayed here for our 3 year wedding anniversary. The room was extremely comfortable and clean. (It also smelt very nice in the room) We had a studio styled room with a little kitchen that included dishes for our use. We didn’t request cleaning during our stay for our own privacy but based on how neatly the room was when we arrived the first day, I’d have to say the cleaning is done very well. Despite the breakfast being a grab and go style, the hotel still offered a good range of items to choose from! The staff was friendly and helpful and I would absolutely recommend staying here in the future!

continental breakfast was a joke, you had to microwave the eggs one morning and the bagel sandwich the next morning . I do not use a microwave at all in my home or anywhere else. that was very disappointing. Prevage’s food , not good!!

Brand new, very clean, large spacious room with comfy bed, nice sofa, kitchenette. The hotel is on the lake so nice views. Good location- not far from the cute downtown and shops. Breakfast was good with microwave egg omelets and sandwiches.

A bit of a sewage smell in the bathroom when the door was closed - not sure what that was - very clean though.

The place was super nice, great view, and very clean. The bed was so comfy, and the people there was so nice. Will be back.

I cant think of one thing to say bad about this place!

The room layout was well thought out and organized. Felt more like a 2nd home than other hotels I’ve stayed at. Outdoor Grill and Hotplate helped cooking feel more like home. We evacuated to get away from Ida, and having such a comfortable stay made it feel more like vacation than evacuation. The firework shop was the icing on the cake. Thank you and your staff for everything : )

One washer was down but this happens, things break.

Pillows were not that comfortable. No washcloths just hand towels in the bathroom. They could not run my card due to their system being down, couldnt get a receipt at checkout due to that
