Property location in Hot Springs Village is awesome. Layout if property is great and always feel safe.

Dated furniture (broken sofa) in my unit. Management (Edna) said was unable to accommodate a move to different unit due to expected capacity. I didn’t understand why she would not offer a different vacant unit to me, fix the problem in my assigned unit and then give it to new arrivals. I made my stay the best it could possibly be. The broken (unstable and wobbly) sofa was stabilized by staff but after repair, it was significantly lower and uneven with attaching sofa. The piece is dated and the pillows and springs are worn internally which made sitting on any part of the couch extremely uncomfortable. I reported when upon my late night arrival via text and early the morning. Please….replace the sofa before your next guest in unit 74A.

The size is a step up from a hotel room with a separate bedroom and the kitchenette is perfect for anything you would need including cooking a meal.

For the basic rooms, the thermostat is connected to the room next door. When they are not booked up, it seems they give out the room with the thermostat first. But I would not want to stay in this place if I could not control the thermostat and it would surprise me if someone else liked the temperature I liked.

Perfect size for family of 4, clean inside and outside. Even though there are lots of rentals, everything feels “private” and not like a hotel. Loved the detail of communication before, during and after our stay.

Couch bed could use a new mattress, but hey—it’s a couch bed. We didn’t expect anything fancy there.

The room set up was perfect.

We requested a functional sofa bed, as we intended to use it for my two sons one of which uses a CPAP and definitely needs a good night's sleep. the sofa bed was in need of repair, full of holes and missing springs not well maintained at all. Out side of that, we enjoyed our stay. There are so many wonderful things to do on this property, near and within the village. We always have a great time here. Our room was charming as ever just needs some attention to the sofa bed if it's meant to be used.

Location was great, very clean & nice. Loved the walking/running/biking paths & their accessibility to property.

Steps to enter, even when on bottom floor. Not sure if there are any accommodations available without steps entering. Would have been nice to know for accessibility reasons in the room desvriptions.

Prompt and friendly attention when my door would not lock. Staff texted me to see if everything was okay. Loved the pool and the hiking trails! Very convenient and close to local relatives

Carpet was old but pretty clean. So many units to have to replace carpets. Personally, I prefer tile or laminate floors in a rental.

The room was very clean and is an apartment with separate bedroom and a kitchenette with 2-burner stove, coffee maker, and small refrigerator. The location is super convenient. There was one place to eat within walking distance - Mexican food restaurant.

There is shag carpet everywhere except bathroom. The walls are thin and you can hear people above you and beside you and when they ran up the stairs outside. The AC/Heat is controlled by one of the two units. With limited restaurants, it helped that I had brought some food to eat.

I can’t complain at all about my stay.. went for my daughters 9th birthday trip so that we could visit Magic Springs and we overly enjoyed the entire stay. All necessities were close by. The lake is so beautiful and peaceful, staff and people were nice 😊 definitely plan on making this a regular visit.

I like the room it was nice and clean

I didn't like the distance from the Main attractions. The description on booking.com needs to be updated because the room shown in the picture wasn't the actual room that I got once checked in. I had to pay extra money to upgrade the room which I feel wasn't my fault.

Love Los Lagos. Our second time staying. Adorable small apartment 1 bed. Very comfortable all round. Everything provided. Quiet and close to shops and some amazing local restaurants. Easy check in very good keeping you informed about everything.

The fridge in the apartment was hard to open due to the carpet. Everything else was wonderful.
