the front desk were great.

We wanted our room cleaned every day and our sheets changed. we got new towels every day but the bed was just thrown together. some times the trash was not emptied . the elevator broke twice. we were on the 3rd floor. My wife has Parkinson's and it was very hard to walk up 3 floors. On our last day it was broken I had to carry all my luggage down all 3 flights

I booked last minute due to change in work schedule. I frequent the Hot Springs area and had never noticed this property as it is located off the strip but tucked away behind the Bleu Monkey burger restaurant. The property was clean outside as well as in. Day and Night staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast selection was great as well!! Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Price for the stay was amazing considering the area and date of stay. 10/10 Would Recommend and most definitely return

The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

The Decaf coffee in the Lobby was empty. The motel clerk filled it up, but it came out very watery. Might want to check on the Decaf coffee machine!

The staff really went above and beyond to provide us with what we needed - blankets, shampoo, anything else. The breakfast had many options, including hot and cold options. The room was big. Compared to more expensive hotels in the area, this hotel was more worth our money.

The fan in the bathroom was covered in a thick layer of dust. The panel of the bathroom door had some rust. The shower did not drain fast enough. The curtains didn't completely cover the window, leaving some room for light. The fake leather chair in the room was cracked and torn up.

I honestly didn't like the breakfast. But the staff Jess, Brent and the other staff was excellent. Because of the staff at Laquinta my family and I will visit Arkansas twice a year and will only stay at Laquinta do to the professional and friendly staff.

Outside of the property was nice and clean play parking space and overall all the guests were very exceptional in lovely and nice.

in the room that I had the bottom of the bids for not very clean the bathroom was not that clean but I bring my own cleaning stuff when traveling so I was able to do that myself next time it should be done and I should not have to do that but other than that everything was good wonderful breakfast this well great people working at this hotel

Good location, good price. Bed was super comfortable. Overall good stay.

Large group of guests had booked a night there on our first night. They had about 10 kids in their group. Our room was located on the 4th floor by the staircase and the kids ran up and down the stairs and down the hall screaming for several hours and they weren't even staying on our floor. This was supposed to be a quiet weekend getaway for me and my husband so it was a little disappointing with this.

Refreshments by the front desk at all times, and very comfortable beds. Although we didn’t get to eat it, they had a wonderful continental breakfast in the cafe.

I had a little trouble spotting it. It sets behind a restaurant, and I initially passed it and had to turn around.

Staff very friendly. Enjoyed the hot breakfast also they allowed us a late checkout without any hassle. I'm sure if we had mentioned the room to the front desk they would have handled it accordingly. It wasn't that bad but worth mentioning

Breakfast was great. Razor Back waffles! Breakfast attendant, CINDY, was more than helpful. Kept breakfast area neat n clean. She also answered questions we had about our first visit to HotSprings along with a list of places to view. She was great! Indoor pool was awesome for a quick dip😁

Only thing is on our first nite our room had a damaged head board cover. Fabric was rubbed or scratched off n flaking. Kinda a turn off. However we loved the hotel n decided to stay another night n given a room with new headboard😁 I’m sure remodels will continue.
