The staff was amazing. We got in early and they were very accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. It’s a short walk to Disney (Only about 15 minutes) and has amenities around it (Gardenwalk just a short distance and 7-11 down the street). The kitchenette was amazing to have for snacks and meals to make the trip less expensive on food at Disney.

Wi-Fi was TERRIBLE. It didn’t work once during the entire 6 days we were there. There was nothing the staff could do to fix it either. Their “store” is stocked but not very well, and it’s very expensive, and the pool wasn’t great and wasn’t heated as advertised.

We had 2 adults and 2yo and 1yo and had a 2 double room. Was perfect size for the kids to run around. The kitchen was fab for making breakfasts and we cooked some dinners as well. Looks like it has been recently renovated. FREE laundry was a lifesaver with little kids and messes. About a 20min walk to Disneyland which was perfect really but there is also an ART stop right out the front too. Really good value. Front desk staff were so lovely and helpful. Housekeeping were also very attentive.

On longer days the 20min walk was a pain but would definitely stay again for the value.

The rooms were really impressive. We had one of the queen suites and our son was able to have his own space in the living room area with a selfless sleeper and his own TV. We had our own room with a door that closed and TV. The room comes with a full kitchen. Refrigerator, freezer, microwave, two burners stove, dishwasher, dishes, dish soap, paper towels, etc. Etc etc. The staff were very, very kind and helpful. This was really a gem. Thanks!.

Absolutely nothing.

The staff at the front desk were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We got a couple online orders delivered to the hotel. We had to request daily housekeeping, but we only did this once on check in and it was done for our whole stay (10 nights). Rooms were very clean and dust free. Free washing machines and dryers were great and there was always one or a few spare. Never used the gym but it looked well equipped, and only ever saw one person in there on one occasion. Nice Dove toiletries in the bathroom. Definitely walkable to Disney but like others often took an Uber back in the evening if we were tired. Free coffee in the lobby (24hrs) was appreciated too.

Our room was near the lift so sometimes heard people going by in the mornings. But nothing loud usually just families. We could've asked to move but the room location was actually super convenient. My partner noticed sometimes the air con would go off during the night, but I didn't experience any issues.

My room was really great, comfortable bed good facilities amazing location close to the park and even views of the fireworks from inside the room. Laundry machines were free and very efficient although often many were out of order it was great to have this included Disney parks and shops etc within walking distance or you can take a shuttle for a small fee

Internet was not good with no option to upgrade, I made some work calls and it kept dropping hand sanitizer holders were empty

It was near everything! The drive was quick and short to many places we visited. Tons of restaurants, stores, and activities nearby. I also loved the parking garage. It was accessible and easy to park. It felt secure and safe. They offer popcorn from 12-7pm I believe so that was nice. Free hot coffee was available 24/7 in the hotel market as well which I absolutely loved!! The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I used the fitness center and it was decent, had weights, a few treadmills and a few other machines. I didn’t get to swim but I went to check out the pool. There were bbq grills and the pool was a good size. I stayed in a studio suite and it was charming. The kitchen had everything we needed.

This isn’t a huge deal to others or a deal breaker but I didn’t like the dullness of the lights in the room and bathroom. I prefer bright lights but that’s ok. They only had 2 elevators for guests in the hotel, one that leads to the lobby and another that takes you to the garage. They were slow sometimes but it wasn’t a big problem.

Self contained facilities. The room had available cooking facilities to save on restaurants. Location - easy walk to parks. Large rooms and comfortable beds. Friendly staff.

It was a nice stay! The full kitchen was a plus but we didn't use it. I would imagine if you had smaller children it would be perfect. The room was spacious and clean. Only a 15 minute walk to Disney.

No complimentary breakfast only coffee and tea. No prices listed on the snacks in the snack area. Only 2 towels in the bathroom.

The room was nice and clean and the kitchen was well-stocked with pans, utensils, etc. and appliances. It waS nice to keep costs lower by preparing my own food.

There was a noise problem with the people staying directly above us. There was loud banging and stomping and I complained at least 3 times to the front desk. I was assured they would call the other room, but I doubt that was done as the noise continued.

I like that it had a super complete kitchen, the bathroom was super complete too and the hotel in general is very nice. They received our packages and answered our questions right away.

I didn't like that the check-in time was at 3 pm. We arrived at 2 p.m. and they told us to wait an hour to get our room.
