This hotel was so clean and beautiful. I’ve been to other Home2 Suites and this one seemed nicer than those. They made great use of the space where the pool and hot tub are, it’s quiet despite being between the Fairfield Inn and a busy road. we loved the pool, the splash pad and our room was large. As an added bonus room 426 has a wonderful view of the nightly fireworks. The rooms were big and comfortable. It was nice to have the kitchenette and a good size fridge so we could have lots of water and healthier food for our Disneyland trip. The walk is probably 10-13 minutes, it’s an easy walk. Anaheim GardenWalk is about 15 minutes away, as well and there are shops, restaurants and family activities there too. The staff were helpful. The breakfast was good, but I’m guessing the pandemic changed it. Other Home2 Suites I have visited had a much better variety. There were waffles, bagels, toast, yogurt, boiled eggs, sausage, scrambled eggs or egg white omelets (only some days) and an oatmeal bar. it definitely helps to feed the family before a busy day in Disneyland.

Everything was great, we will definitely be staying again. I go to Disneyland often and I’d stay for a family trip, a couples trip or a girl’s trip. it’s a great hotel!

Great value we stayed 6 days and had a great time. The staff went above and beyond for us. They set up an adorable surprise for my step daughter and really gave her a solid core memory. Any time we needed towels, soap, etc. They were amazing. The number of karens they dealt with on the daily was wild. Seriously people treat people with love and respect rather than an entitled attitude and see how far it gets you! Breakfast was solid with a nice variety that they rotated daily. Gets you your carbs and proteins before crushing the park all day. Ok in regards to disney 8 minute walk to the entrance and this is as a fat dude.. totally doable as well if you do the mid day break while going full disney. Yeah home 2 suites crushed it.

Beds were soft but we knew that going in. The barn door bathroom door.. Noone needs to hear what happens when ibs hits disney food

Very nice looking and clean. Felt like staying in a fancy 5 star! The breakfast buffet was very good and provided enough options for the entire family hot and cold. The room was clean, updated, spacious and comfortable. My only small complaint was the bathroom in our room had a sliding barn door rather than a traditional door therefore it was not the most private as there is a decent gap and cannot be truly closed all the way. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The app was not working for the valet and by the time I went down for my car, and showed the valet I requested it be available 15-20 mins earlier, he did go and retrieve it immediately. The cleaning staff went above and beyond when making our beds to arrange the kids stuffed animals and Disney souvenirs in the most adorable way. The walk to Disney was easy, well lit up and straightforward. Took us 9 mins from leaving the hotel to getting to the security check at Disneyland. I will 100% be staying here again on our next visit.

The bathroom had a sliding barn door that left a large gap and didn't feel private.

When we arrived very late in the evening, we were told our reservation had been cancelled. When I asked why, I was told our card was declined (it had expired as I booked many months ago) but no effort to contact me was made by the hotel to try to resolve the issue, plus there was no detail on the booking of the hotel taking any payment in advance anyway. Only when I said I still had the confirmation on Booking.com did they try to find a solution. They found us an alternative, smaller room and gave us complimentary valet parking but overall, this experience was stressful and totally avoidable had they have taken the effort to contact us for a different method of payment.

Location location location! A 10-15 minute walk to Disney! We felt very safe walking to and from anytime. There were sidewalks the entire way. We could see the Matterhorn ride from our window, and we could see the fireworks at night. It was so nice to be able to come and go as we needed. We love the Home 2 Suites because of the amazing kitchenette! We had Walmart delivery groceries to us the first night. So easy! The kitchenette allowed us to keep groceries and eat a cheaper meal each day than in the parks. We had the dishes and utensils we needed, and plenty of space to store our food. We had 6 big drawers for our clothes, and a open closet space to hang things. The table on wheels made a perfect spot for the kids to eat while sitting on the couch. We were very comfortable. The beds were comfy, too! One of the first times I haven't been sore from a hotel mattress. The complimentary breakfast was amazing with lots of options! The staff was amazing in the breakfast area and at the front desk. They were helpful and kind.

Nothing! We had a great stay!

Breakfast was good and easy to access. Sufficient for what we wanted and a good clean environment. On a environmental note stop using plastic stirrers for coffee, they are harmful for marine life.Also we don't need wooden stirrers wrapped in paper also to stir coffee( supplied in room) a metal spoon is sufficient and more cost efficient to the hotel.

This is a great hotel to stay in and a fantastic location for the Disney parks with easy safe walking distance. My only gripe is if you have a room facing the freeway the noise can be quite distracting when trying to get to sleep. The valet parking is an unnecessary cost.

Loved the location looks further then it was to Disneyland. Took 7 min to walk to Disneyland. The breakfast was decent would stay agin

I liked how I was greeted by the staff (hotel Manager) who was really nice. I received all information possible for my stay. Also, received a bottle of water during check-in

In some cases (Hotels) you would hear people in the next room but surprisingly You could hear The neighbors above. The floor to ceiling should have been a bit thicker

very clean, brand new hotel with bright and modern facilities! Loved the kitchenette space in our room including dishes , utensils and a dishwasher! perfect for a family of 4… even 5, with the sleeper pullout sofa. there’s even a rollout table under the console area which we used for those mornings we are our breakfast in our room. free breakfast - basic, nothing fancy, but eggs , sausage, bagels, waffle maker, cereals, yogurt and juices , coffee will get you through the morning and walk to Disney (12-15 min each way, but easy and flat).

our view wasn’t the best (overlooked the garbage area and backside of hotel … but they did rush our room since we were the first of the guests to arrive around 1pm and Checkin wasn’t until 4. Front desk got us in by 2pm.) Pool and cabana areas are beautiful and spacious! this isn’t the Grand Californian mind you but a lovely oasis for sure here if you’re there for Disney! restaurant/ bar on site too.

location, cleanliness, and having an option to choose a room

Disputing an amount that don’t not compatible with booking.com, the hotel charged me $25 parking per day, booking.com information was $12 per day. The front desk advised me to dispute with booking.com. I called booking customer service and went to a process; spiked with Ahmid F., I was told he called the hotel and should render what is in booking site. However, I went back to the front desk and told me that the booking site was wrong. At this point, I am tired of dealing back and forth. So either booking.com site is jacked up or the hotel, this is your chance to correct your crap together. I have been a booking.com member since 2006, and I am leaning not to use this site anymore. Wrong information after wrong information. This hotel is awesome though. I will definitely come back.
