Literally across the street from Disney. When traveling with a 2 month old and a toddler super convenient. Cozy and everything is close to it there’s a McDonald’s right next to it ihop and other quick stores. It was just right

No bad experience

The location was awesome. The parking was inexpensive ($15) and under a gated entrance/exit. The breakfast was free and had a good variety. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have two pillows per person (we had 4 I'm the room and double beds). Coffee maker and a larger mini fridge was also part of the amenities.

For some reason, the sheets were loud. Everytime someone one turned or readjusted the sheets it woke everyone in the room up. There is laundry ($4 for a wash) however when we were there someone had taken all the machines and then had more to do. Other people then started lining up their bags and suitcases to "reserve" a spot. NOT the hotel's fault, more so just a warning that you may not get a machine. We ended up going a couple min away and got it done quickly ( and had a terrific burrito place next door for only $8)

The location from Disney was perfect!! We were there for the location and not for any other reason. As a family of four, two adults and two kids aged 15 and 10- we got the room with two queen beds and the sofa bed. It was P E R F E C T! We stayed was 4 nights The breakfast was standard - bagels, breads, eggs, bacon/ sausages, 3 types of donuts, coffee, fruits, pasteries and the staff was really friendly :) We did not mind the repeated menu for breakfast as the location was the only thing that mattered!

Can’t think of anything, it perfectly served our purpose

Breakfast was exceptionally lovely, and I appreciated the size of the eating area. The bed was possibly the most comfortable I've experienced in a hotel. Enjoyed a decent bath, as well. The location is unbeatable. I chose it especially for its proximity to Disneyland (genuinely only a crosswalk away). The staff was also very helpful and friendly, including when we accidentally got locked out of our room.

We were on the ground floor, so hearing the people above us moving about at literally all hours (2AM bowling, anyone?) was disturbing for my friend. I slept through it because of earplugs, a sound machine, and sleeping pills, however.

The key selling point is the location, it is literally across the street from the main entrance to Disneyland. If you plan to be at Disneyland all day, 8:00-23:00, this play allows for a convenient break&shower i.e. at 16:00, then dinner i.e. at Pizza Press two blocks away, then fresh and relaxed back to Disney at 7pm Having a laundry room (coin operated machines) is an excellent add-on. The Desert-Inn next door has a roof-top terrace to eventually also enjoy the Disney fireworks that happens each night 9:30pm, something like this is what the Hotel should also offer.

The "included breakfast" does not live up to the rest of the place, to basic, to sweet. However, we understand you don´t book here because of breakfast, and when Disneyland opens at 8am that is what counts and why you book this location, so we just grabbed a breakfast coffee and apple/banana and left the other things untouched, rather headed to beat the lines at Disney and enjoyed a lter lunch there.

I loved how close the hotel is to the entrance of Disneyland. It's the closest of any external hotels. I also loved the breakfast that was included. They had many options and even some items that you could grab and go. They started the breakfast early too (6:30 am).

Parking spaces are VERY narrow. It was hard to get in and out of the car. It was very difficult to retrieve luggage from the back seat area so we had to back out to access.

Location is excellent: 5 minute walk to Disneyland Resort security gates and 2 more minutes to park entry gates. Good breakfast. Glad they offered yogurt as a healthier alternative to their other more typical offerings of eggs, bacon, sausage and waffles.

Breakfast scrambled eggs were tiny pieces, making it difficult to eat them, too time-consuming to eat and not portable (the eggs kept falling out of my waffle sandwich). I like to have a grab & go breakfast to eat while walking to the park (while waiting in line). Waffles were undercooked, and soggy from sitting in the steam table trays. Overpriced. Complimentary breakfast wasn’t worth the higher price compared to nearby hotels.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked due to proximity to both Disneyland and the Run Disney race start. They had breakfast items ready for racers to grab and go which was awesome. One member of our group forgot a shoe in the room and the staff was kind enough to assist with getting it shipped back which was very kind and much appreciated.

The only thing that we didn’t like was that there was no why for handicap or strollers to the breakfast area as there are only stairs. In these cases though the staff can bring food to your room.

it’s a bit old, I feel like the washroom can use some upgrades.

Breakfast was soso. They had small hot breakfast which was scrambled eggs, potatoes and sausages which I didn’t like. There were some fresh fruits, cereals, juice, toast, bagels, cream cheese, peanut butter, jelly, butter, etc. There is a selection of breads, juice and milk. The location is excellent. The hotel is just across the street from the Disneyland resort. It’s literally a straight line to the theme parks. You’re inside the Disney parks in 10 minutes. There is also IHOP, Denneys, Tony Roma, Mc Donald’s, Panera in 5 minute walk. The location is excellent, it’s close to also major highway if you plan to go to other areas. Alamo is a 15-20 minute walk if you want to rent a vehicle. It’s not a new hotel, but the location is excellent, the staff very friendly and the room was kept clean daily. There is 24 hour concierge, 24 hour tea and coffee in the lobby.

Something I didn’t care much about is that the hotel is a little dark in the hallways. Lighting can be a little better. Around the entire Harbour Blvd, you can run into a few homeless. They kept to themselves and didn’t approach anyone.
