The hotel is extremely nice and great for traveling with kids. There is a play area with games, golf, basketball court and a pool. They sell beach necessities in the lobby, which is added convenience. There is also a bar and restaurant named Stratus, which was pretty tasty. The hotel is directly across the street from other restaurants, so that was an added bonus. Target is also a mile away.

The breakfast waiter had an attitude as the guest arrived for breakfast with 40 minutes remaining. Her condescending tone and attitude were noticed by numerous guests, and my wife did not appreciate it at all. Not only was she rude to the guest but other staff as well that were trying to accommodate the guest. The one waitress was the only negative experience about the entire stay.

First off the entire staff was absolutely excellent! The room was wonderful. My children loved all the games. The restaurant was great best breakfast! Luke,Todd and another young lady (can't remember her name) made our stay so good.. We loved the vibe y'all got at this location.. I'll definitely be staying here again!

My only complaint was that there was way to many children in the Jacuzzi... They were treating it like a small pool and I noticed older guests including myself weren't really able to relax with all the children in the Jacuzzi. I honestly think that signs should be put up preventing anyone under 14 from being in the Jacuzzi. Also house keeping needs to pay closer attention to bringing out towels to the pool.

the restaurant food was good but the wait staff wasn’t very friendly and they clearly had no organization, they said sit wherever we wanted and then proceeded not to come up to us for 20mins, not even with waters, this happened multiple times where we were kind of just sitting there, no ‘sorry we are short staffed today’ (no idea if they were) no here is a water and a rough wait time nothing. also I am dairy intolerant and they took my order and then proceeded to put cheese on it and have to re make it, once at dinner and once at breakfast, we stopped eating at the hotel after this. hire more people if you can, organize better, and communicate with the guests better if possible

Location was a little far away from Legoland. Breakfast was good, not free like it said on Booking.com but hotel staff was kind enough to comp my son and my breakfast. Very cool that the children eat free with an adult meal regardless though.

Averaged out to $200/night for our stay which I thought was a little too high for the property being basically 20 minutes from a lot of stuff. But it was nice and I felt safe traveling as a young single mom with a young child.

We visit Cbad often...this was our first time at this hotel. It is absolutely spotless. It smells clean, the rooms are generously sized. The front desk staff is extremely friendly and made an effort to remember our names and what we were doing in town. There's a mini fridge, hair dryer and coffee pot in the room...restaurant and a little store in the lobby. The pillows are huge and comfortable...nice comfy bed and linens. Truly a great place to stay.

It's about a 5 minute drive to the village...I guess if there had to be a negative. The plus though, is it is right by Costco, Trader Joe's and Starbucks.

there was a rooftop fan above our room on the 3rd floor that vibrates the room around 3 am it finally started to turn off by 7 am all quiet yes I complained but moving to another room when you’ve completely unpacked and tired is sometimes too much just be advised if you are sensitive to noises which makes you unable to sleep be warned some of these rooms will be mechanically noisy

The highlight of my experience was the customer service piece at the Front Desk with Luke! Luke helped me on several occasions to help meet my expectations and created a great experience for me! Super awesome guy and each day greeted me with a friendly face! Thanks again Luke!!!

Internet was down the entire 3.5 days I was there. Affected my work experience. If I didnt have a HotSpot on my phone I would have had to leave and go to another hotel.

The lighting where the children play should have more lighting and cameras. There was a guest in Room 2028, on Thursday, August 4, 2022, whose child threw a basketball directly into our granddaughter's face. This granddaughter happens to have Epilepsy. The boy who threw the basketball at her face caused her nose to bleed profusely. When my husband went to report it to the front desk clerk she didn't seem to give a damn.

The ground were clean, many things to do without having to leave the hotel. The bed was comfortable, blackout curtains a plus. tv channel selection was better then average. Enjoyed breakfast each morning missed the buffet style, I understand the reasoning behind it. Going to the spa in the eve was great.

I didn't like that the bathroom was not very clean, had black stuff in the corners of the shower, hair on the mirror from the last guests, spider webs in the corners.

Beds were comfortable. Pool area looked great. Breakfast was pretty good. Good choices. Nice outside area to relax. Location is central to beach ( with a car) outlet mall, lego land, flower field's. Parking is good. Room was very clean.

It was cold and couldn't use the pool, bummer.
