I recently had the pleasure of staying at Red Roof Inn and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived until the time I checked out, every aspect of my stay was meticulously curated to ensure comfort and satisfaction. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made me feel welcome right away. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, taking only a few minutes. The room itself was nothing short of spectacular. It was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated with modern furnishings. The bed was incredibly comfortable, amazing staff.

There's absolutely nothing I did not like .

I can’t begin to explain how exceptionally friendly, warm, professional, knowledgeable running the hotel, make one feel welcomed or at home when you’re a bit homesick, respectful, & confident with their job’s! However long we’re Blessed to be here we’ll be incredibly sad too leave, but grateful! It’s awesome to have a peace of mind. Life’s hit us super hard…it’s been very difficult. Thank you to everyone that’s been amazing here! Ohhh & the property looks pretty good with their upgrades!

The only teeny weeny complaint I might have is the Wi-Fi. SHOCKING I KNOW!!!! Well…………….bye.

EXTREMELY friendly & professional people there! We got here on Christmas Day. Previously just came from an incredibly sad environment. Especially just loosing both of our Dad’s 3wk’s apart. They were very hospitable! Got us into an upgrade for no extra cost. The way it should typically be. The room was warm, clean & pretty big. New upgrades were awesome!

I really don’t have much to say negative about this place or employees. Maybe just maybe the money is a wee bit more?

I had made some special requests regarding check in times, extra linen, and recommendations for nearby attractions, I was very pleased with the response times, the extras given and the activities I enjoyed the immediate area (children's park, duck pond, hiking trial, beach, dispensaries, and live music). I've enjoyed a second stay since my first and was given just as good service as my first stay. I intend to make this hotel a first choice over the others on the denser side of town. Less traffic and a straight shot to all the listed entertainment mentioned above. Wifi was good, television choices were more than enough, microwave was clean, water was hot and air conditioner ran cold.

The bed frames rolled around, but the sleep was refreshing each night.

The staff is treated as every time we have stayed there with the most respect and compassion of any place that we've been in a long time. They're very helpful they treat you like a human being which is rare in this life and they are willing to do whatever it takes to try to help people and and that makes it excellent

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. The manager is a lovely woman who is closely involved in the daily operations and personally made sure I had everything I needed , even when I made a last minute request! My favorite part is that they accept my large breed dogs, at no extra cost! You dont see that very often at other local hotels so this place is always my first choice ! :)

The older style rooms are being updated so during the day there is a little more activity than expected but I must say, I’m loving the new colors of the rooms!

Our stay was ok for a quick stay while we were on the road, I would not stay there multiple nights however. The man at the front desk was very nice and smiling even though we arrived very late.

My room didn't lock and my parents' room reeked of cigarettes. The overall cleanliness was questionable but I also didn't expect a 5 star hotel cleaning in a motel.

The professionalism of the staff was amazing there was one person who stood out, the young man’s name is Alan, his outstanding demeanor and willingness to help us was an inspiration to all those who work in this field. working in hospitality can be challenging but this young man stepped up to the plate and was able to assist with everything we requested.

renovations were in progress but even with that going on we had a great stay.

Staff was very kind , pleasant and helpful! When we had questions they came right over to help!

Parking was a little tight

The location was near downtown which is what I needed. The bed was very comfortable and I slept like a log. The room was more spacious than I thought it would be. It had a fridge which I was very grateful for. Again, the bed was super. Staff was lovely. Will stay again.
