The room was spacious and well arranged. You absolutely cannot beat the location. And we like to sleep in on vacation, so we really appreciated how effective the blinds and curtains were at blocking out the morning sun.

Signs say smoking isn't allowed on the premises, but the area outside our room - and especially our stairwell - reeked of cigarette smoke. The first night we could actually smell it in the room a bit.

This is a Danish themed motor lodge. You park right in front of your room. Parking in Solvang seems to be free everywhere. You cannot beat the location. It's walking distance to everything. Our room was spacious (lovely loft) and quiet, with great wi-fi and amenities like pour over coffee from a local roaster. Breakfast is unusual, but clever. Your given a form where you select how many and which continental breakfast items you want, and they are delivered in a bag to your door at 8am (they do not wake you). There's DANISHES!, and also string cheese, yogurt, apples, orange juice, milk, and hardboiled eggs, and cold cereal. We packed up and had a nice breakfast at the waterfall park. There's pour over coffee in the room. The staff is great, if you need anything, just go to the office (or call).

I loved the little kinder area with the bean nag game, a teeny put put course, and a nice pool. This pool was still too cold for the kiddo but it was technically heated, kind of a bummer. We were there in November.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. There was plenty of parking for hotel guests on site and close to all of the rooms. The hotel is located very close and within easy walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. I would recommend this hotel to others and to those with small kids.

The breakfast was very limited and only consisted of small individually wrapped type items. The hotel staff delivered it all bagged up and right to your door in the morning, which was nice, and it seemed appropriate for the hotel's current hygiene protection measures. But it was not enough to feed a large family with little kids and we needed to get an actual breakfast elsewhere after checking out. For future guests, I would simply recommend contacting the hotel ahead of time to check about breakfast availability if you are planning on eating at the hotel. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and it was a very nice stopping point for our travels.

We liked the location on the first floor near where we parked. We loved that they had a small refrigerator in the room for our water and fruit bought earlier. It was close to other things we wanted to experience and they asked us to complete a list of items we would like for breakfast. We did and they delivered it to us! Never had that opportunity at any other hotel! All in all it was very pleasant stay in an adorable hotel that looks like you are really enjoying Denmark!

It had everything for our visit

I love the location and room with friendly staff. the heated pool was great. and the games provided. I felt welcomed in the property. all that I needed was provided. and I really appreciated the crib at no extra charge.

I had a pleasant experienced however, what I dislike is the breakfast as this was an attractive offer when I booked my 3 rooms. breakfast included. I enjoyed my breakfast because I'm not picky but my wife didn't eat and waited til we went out and grab something else. I hope one day a warm breakfast can be offered. one that might include eggs bacon sausage fresh fruit and pancakes. This change would definitely make me come back here again. A microwave in the room was needed too.

It was right in the middle of town. Every thing was within walking distance.

Parking!! We arrived about 7:00pm and we took the last parking place. We did not want to leave that evening to find a place to eat because we knew we wouldn't" have a place to park at the hotel. Also, there was not fan in the bathroom. That would have been nice.

The hotel is right in the heart of the tourist area. Despite this, it was very quiet. The room was large, clean and modern and everything worked well. Breakfast is continental and served to the room. It was nothing fancy - about what you would expect at a typical Comfort Inn or Days Inn. But, with all the bakeries nearby, who cares? Internet was generally good, with a few momentary cut-outs. Windows actually open!

The only real issue was the soft drink machine was not working and there was no convenience items for sale.

We loved this place! The location is perfect, the staff was very friendly and accomodating, the beds were super cozy, they have great light blocking shades which are really helpful when sleeping in. It was awesme that they deliver breakfast to your door every morning at a time you specify from a menu where you pick what you want. The room was sparkling clean and although we didn't get a chance to use it there is a nice pool and game area out front.

Morning breakfast was delivered on time. Pastries were fresh and delicious. Location was perfect and within walking distance of everything we wanted to do while in Solvang. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Room was set up for "handi-capable" and was designed perfectly (ibarn door to bathroom, no step up shower entry and shower chair available in bathroom, We did not need these amenities, however being in the field of serving individuals with disabilities appreciated the design efforts made.
