All of the Hotel staff were excellent! My travel buddy had a fall and we were staying on the 2nd floor, and to accommodate us they moved our room very late at night and even offered to help with our luggage. We came for a show at Chumash, but will definitely come back just to visit Solvang again. Also the the free breakfast is at Olsen's bakery across the street was freaking fantastic, a lot more than you get with a normal continental breakfast and the service is FAST, unlike the other restaurants in town that have a LOOONG wait on the weekends.

Nothing, a perfect visit.

Very quaint, clean, large rooms. It WAS quiet at night, slightly loud in the morning (roughly 6-7 am), but it mostly bothered me because of my hangover (NYE!). They have a small refrigerator that is perfect for a 6 pack, and some food. But did I mention that their beds are super comfy? I was so happy to get into that bed (there is another budget hotel located at the opposite end of the strip that has awful beds...which made this even more amazing), especially for the price on a premium holiday, over the weekend.

I wish they had some sort of non-skid floors. My kid slipped (nothing major) when she ran in because it was raining. This can be a great liability.

Excellent breakfast offering. We ate at the bakery the first day. The breakfast was great. And we had a very pleasant waitress that served us breakfast. We chose to take out our breakfast the second day. We thought they wouldn't give us all the things that were included in the breakfast meal, but they did and packed it so nicely. Thank you. The room was surprisingly quiet in spite of its location, first floor and we were able to park right in front of our room the second day.

Open vanity. Maybe a sliding door or curtain would help. Parking in front of the door is welcome if you park on it but makes it hard for the others to park. Remove it or make it closer to the stair area.

The hotel was clean. The staff was amazing. our stay was exceptional. it started the minute we walked in. The receptionist, Karina, was very cheerful and very helpful. She greeted us the moment we walked in and then the check-in was very smooth and pleasant. Then, on Monday morning we checked out; Donna was also very cheerful and the check-out was as smooth as the check-in. Thank you Karina and Donna. Your professionalism and outstanding customer service made our stay exceptional.

The property location is right in the center of the city. The hotel is clean. Above all, the staff is the BEST.

I wanted my cousin to have the "Solvang" experience and you did not disappoint! Wonderful main street location, Great staff, super clean room, cookies upon arrival, and GREAT breakfast the next morning... Will DEFINITELY stay there again and again.

The Price, Because of it being a festival, the room price was double... We will probably not to to the Danish Days festival again because of it.

nice room,big. I was in a cottage, which I loved. staff was great.

the window covering. No black out covering. they had a curtain over the door. Very hard to get in and out of the door. The cottages have assigned parking. They need to put the cottage number on the spot. People were very confused and parking where ever.

The room was exceptionally spacious, clean, and perfectly located. We also had our own, dedicated parking spot.

We would have liked to bring our fur-babies, as the cottage was spacious, quite private and appointed with hard floorings; however, this particular unit was not pet friendly.

Location of the property is central in Solvang, easy to walk to shops, restaurants, wine tasting rooms around town. Shared rides are accessible for venturing out a bit furthter.

My room faced Mission Drive so it was quite noisy until after midnight. I've stayed at the property before and the noise is unique to the rooms closest to the main road.

It is wonderful a place we took home took the stay all through our Return home. The shopping was great the stores so many bakeries the ice creams shops. Loved the shoe stores came home with 2pairs the clothing store as well.

What’s not to like. The atmosphere alone can bring anyone’s spirit up.

Stayed in one of the duplex cottages which was very nice, convenient, comfortable and quiet. Decent value. The manager was very friendly and efficient. Close to just about everything, very quick and easy to get to the TheaterFest.
