For a popular tourist site, this hotel offers the best location, right on the center street, while away from the noisest center. Breakfast can be found nearby with waterfront views and comfort food choices. And it's all about access to the fantastic view!

The hotel rooms can be improved. For example, the air conditioners are quite loud. The balconies on upper levels hotel rooms only work for half of the rooms that protrude toward the waterfront - there's no way that you know this while you book rooms online (beyond customers' choice.)

Everything! We got in late, but still enjoyed our stay. It was raining the whole night. I spent most of the evening on the balcony watching the rain fall on the boats. We love this place! We spent our honeymoon here back in 2002 and have been staying here every chance we get since.

There has never been a bad thing to say about this location. We love this place and hope it never closes.

Large sized rooms overlooking the bay with large balcony. Simple but very stylish. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker with some sachets for making. Check-in was quick and easy.

Bath towels on the smaller side. But not a real issue. As we were a family of 4, it would have been nice for the sofa bed to have been made up on arrival. But the request for duvet cover, sheets and pillow cases was dealt with promptly, so again not a big issue.

Upon check in I mentioned it was my birthday weekend. They put my name on their marquee. The room was beautiful. The view was beautiful. Easy to walk to almost anything.

The bed is a bit harper than what we usually sleep on but not horrible. The pillows were a bit hard too. Again... not horrible but I know next time to bring my own for my messed up neck.

Great location at the quieter end of the Embarcadero. Right across the street from the waterfront, easy access to shops and restaurants. We had a room with a partial view and a balcony. Our morning coffee was lovely watching the world go by…

Lots of noise from upstairs neighbors footsteps (not actual voices) and surrounding neighbors coming and going. Next time I would request a room on the third floor and bring noise cancelling headphones.

Room was well equipped, nicely located in the town

The town is very difficult getting food. All restaurants were closing their kitchens by 20:00 and would be putting chairs up while your eating by 2045, only one place is open for breakfast before 10am. This would stop me returning to Morro Bay either business or personal.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay in Morro. Good beds. Richard was very friendly and service-minded in the reception.

There was nothing to complain about. I rate it 9/10 which is as good as it gets for a motel in this category. This is a nice and uncomplicated place to stay, at a fair price. I totally recommend it if you are stopping by Morro for a day or two.

Nice linen, good size room. Walking distance to restaurants. Put a Happy Birthday to my husband on marque. We had a view of the water but also of the hotels on the water.

Bathroom very small, the fan in the bathroom is so loud it sounds like an airplane getting ready to lift off. Bathroom needs updated.

The room was very clean decor was beautiful, the view was amazing, as well, and we were able to walk anywhere ,, a little muffin or snack w coffee would be nice , but it wasn’t too necessary. Friendly and helpful staff!

If anything the bathtub/shower drained real slow,, I forgot to tell the main desk about it,, but we had a wonderful stay!

The Innkeeper/host was very pleasant and friendly. He was able to get us into our room a little early, so that was nice. Room was comfortable and would have been even better had there not been one of worst wind storms to hit the central coast ever-couldn't go out to enjoy the balcony at all. Had a real nice Mexican restaurant next door-great food.
