We didn't have the breakfast. What we did like was Frankie the manager stepped up and was so accommodating and so friendly. And so was all the staff to tell you the truth. Once the renovations are done I think we stay there again

The room was not exactly like you looked online. When we walked in our first room was not clean it was dirty the couch was shredded up the room had to sell older. We were ready to check out. However once we talk to the front desk mainly Frankie she moved us to another room that was more accommodating and more updated. Can't wait to see the updates

Beautifully decorated, clean, quiet, breakfast variety was impressive (cereal, yogurt, eggs, bagels, waffle maker, etc) staff was friendly, location was perfect, view of the ocean 🩷

The only minor thing that was irritating was the bathroom door. It dragged on the floor tile and was loud..it needed to be lifted and closed to keep from dragging. Minor fix..other wise a delightful stay!

This hotel has a great location and amazing price!! It's a great value!! Our room was clean and we had an awesome view of Morro Rock! We LOVED the jetted tub too! We usually stay elsewhere and pay for the more expensive rooms with jacuzzi tub or even a hot tub on patios. This room with the fireplace & jetted tub more than met our expectations!! Their breakfast was ample and had protein! The boiled eggs and yogurt were perfect. They even have a binder full of dvd's you can borrow during your stay! I guess I'm just impressed with the 'extras' this hotel offers with such an affordable price!!! This is likely our new 'go to' when planning Morro Bay get aways!!!!

The only thing we disliked about our stay and the room was our sofa! It was extremely old, broken down from extreme use AND had tears on the cushions and arms. We refused to sit on it, because it looked so bad. The benefit of the sofa is that it could fold out into an additional bed, if someone needed that. BUT, again the sofa just had an 'old, dirty feel'. This was a minor detail for just the two of us, but would have been an issue if we had an additional person needing the sofa bed.

The room was huge, extremely spacious and comfy bed. We also had a fire place which we thought was quite funny in California. The air conditioning worked well and all facilities were good. The location was perfect for Morro Bay, just a short walk down to the main promenade filled with restaurants and bars. The rooftop deck was also super nice, excellent views over to Morro Bay Rock. However it was not quite warm enough on our stay to make the most of the roof terrace. A lovely place to have a drink before you head out for dinner.

The rooms are quite out of date in style, a lot of floral patterns and frills everywhere. Perhaps the rooms could do with a bit of updating, however our stay was very comfortable so this is not really a complaint so much as an observation.

The room definitely a 10. Jetted tub, comfy bed, fireplace, view of Moro Rock. A window that opens to let the sea breeze in. Loved the hard boiled eggs available at breakfast. I will stay again if anywhere near Moro Bay.

Remodel in progress. So, construction noise til 7pm that started again at 8am. Parking garage closed during construction. A bit of debris from construction.

the balcony was nice to have. and the beds are comfortable. the fireplace was great also.

the multiple shower heads made a mess. there were no chairs for the table in the room, and for the money each night, I don't think we will be back. However the employee was super nice and very helpful, she was great.

Updates to rooms seem to be much better. Staff is excellent and we love the breakfast availability. We love the Remodel. We stay there everytime we come to Morro Bay

Parking lot due to the remodel is very limited. Breakfast should have eggs and bacon, sausage, hash browns like they used to.

Hotel is located in nice neighborhood, just in front of the ocean. nice building and cozy big rooms with fireplace and jacuzzi in the bathroom. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was good - eggs, toasts, waffles, yoghurts, fruits and coffee/tea. everybody will find something to bite. Free parking in the yard.

loves the hotel and location

they vacuumed the floors but my children feet were dirty when I got a towel wet n showed my son and daughter it wasn’t mopped so that was upsetting to think they only vacuum and not it n not mop the beds have a canopy over them with cloth looks pretty but again full of dust n a couple Cobb webs inside you notice when you lay down. otherwise I love it there just the unclean things weren’t good

we had an excellent view of the rock and the stacks from our room. the jacuzzi tub was nice. dispensary within walking distance

after coming home my bank statement shows the hotel charged me an additional $30 on top of the booking.com price. the lady at the front desk didn’t mention any additional fees. so I’m not even sure why we’re charged more. parking? something else? who knows! they never mentioned. beware of additional fees.
