Price for the room was high for a simple room with two queen beds. For this price it should have had a view of the ocean. The time for check in was 4 pm. I arrived at 4:15pm and was told our room was not ready. I was very disappointed, my two grandchildren had been traveling all day and needed to relax in our room. The staff blamed it on trouble finding employees. 15 minutes later they said our room was ready. The staff member did not explain anything thing about the Sun deck, coffee in the lobby or the breakfast.

very clean, spacious room, days were cold and heating worked well. Minifridge and microwave in rooms. Continental breakfast was very complete with plenty of food, fresh made waffles, hard boiled eggs, bananas, cereal, coffee, etc. property very peaceful and closed to everything. I would come back. I strongly recommend it for solo travelers, couples, and families.

Location was good, breakfast was nice which included eggs and meat.

Upon arrival was informed that elevator was not working and no estimate of time when it would be repaired. Our room was on 3rd floor and we had to use the stairs. Thank goodness I had my granddaughter to help with the heavier items. The elevator did get repaired but we were not notified it was up and working, we just happen to find out when I saw a lady getting off of it.

The room was huge, the bed was comfy and I enjoyed the double sinks. Evening cookies were a nice touch and the location was convenient.

The view was advertised as full rock view and we paid a higher price for the view. It was more of an obstructed view as there was a large tree blocking the rock, so you could only see the rock from a small corner. The property needs to do a better job of disclosing that. We asked for our room to be serviced on all nights throughout our stay, it was only serviced once, despite specifically requesting and the verifying.

Comfortable stay. close parking. Great customer service, especially breakfast led to good tip. breakfast is ok. 1st day breakfast worker very nice & wasn’t in a hurry to pull away food so fast & early because of time which is the first I’ve seen in a hotel. allowed people to finish up & not waste, led to a full tip jar. 2nd day food tasted better. Mini refrigerator is little larger & better than most hotels.

Bed extra soft and bouncy. Personal preference is little firmer.

- Breakfast was kind of a cluster, but decent. Only one older lady running it, she seemed a little overwhelmed. - Beds were uncomfortable - We had a family of 5 and they offered us a 2 queen bed room. - Wifi was spotty - Room appeared to be poorly remodeled/repaired/cleaned. There was a gap above the toilet room light where air was coming in, dirt on the door frame from lack of cleaning, pink mildew in the shower. - A/C unit is OLD! worked well, but made a loud noise when not on.

About the breakfast, it was much better than average...and usually there isn't one. There were hot items like eggs, waffles, sausage and oatmeal. The in-room coffee maker, coffee quality, full little fridge and microwave were all great. The two sinks was also special, with one in the shower/toilet room and one in the bathroom alcove. There was a balcony, covered parking, an elevator. The artwork - sea birds, mostly - was nice. The wi-fi was strong every where we went. An excellent value!

The only thing that was disappointing was the bed. It was way too soft.

how big our suite was with a full kitchen too. this room looked like it once was a 2 bedroom apartment at one time. everything was nice and clean.

the part when we was checking out, no one then told us at that time they found vomit in one of the bedrooms floor. because we wanted to stay an extra day we reserved another suite because someone else is getting our suite. so they told us to come back in a couple of hours to check in. but we couldn’t because I was told that they changed me an extra $250 for cleaning up the room. we never in history ever damage a room or even lift it looking bad. so honestly I feel that there was no vomiting anywhere in our rooms because we would’ve smelled it. but that’s ok from now one I will double check our hotel rooms before we all leave.

The appearance was nice. Looked like the halls and common areas were recently redecorated and painted, etc. Location was good. Very little noise. Liked having what we needed to clean the car windshields. Beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was adequate. Not great. The eggs and the sausage were cold. The water pressure in our room (214) was very low. The water stream in the sinks was minimal, more like a drizzle.

Parking was easy, grounds were well taken care of, and was pretty much close to everything we wanted. Check in/out was easy, we appreciated being able to use different cards for payment. Brought us extra blankets with no issue, and rooms/bathrooms were nice. Awesome view of the water, neighborhood was quiet, overall really nice stay and would stay again, for sure.

The beds and pillows were super soft, it could be a personal choose but they seemed to have little structure or support, woke up with a little backache.
