Home made breakfast was good. Its just sometimes the delivery of the breakfast was hard to work into your schedule for the day but they worked with me and it was great.

I booked it for several reasons but one was that it had a fireplace but it turns out the fireplace does not give off much heat - it a gas fireplace I guess with no blower (I assumed it would be electric, I have one of those in Houston and it blows very hot or not, depending if blower is on, I can just turn my on for ambience) - so that did not work out too good, Plus ac/heater unit is on top of wall and has a BRIGHT light on it that shows the temp, I had to cover that light with a towel. But it did give good heat (however heat rises so it had to really work to provide heat to bed level.

Great central locations at a few steps from the waterfront with a great view of the bay and Morro Rock. The staff was super friendly, and the breakfast was great. Every evening you were given a form with a choice of breakfast and the time you wanted it, and it was delivered to your room. We got spoiled! We came down from Kirkland, WA for a family reunion and we spent 8 days in the hotel. We particularly recommend Topo Dog in Morro Bay for coffee, but we were told that the food is also very good. We also recommend Schooners' in Cayucos at the root of the pier for food and drinks. Loved it!

Nice and quiet, room was small but it had a huge comfy bed, nice fridge and decent coffee maker. Detachable shower head and nice bathroom. Convenient ice machine and couple spots to hang outside and have a smoke (for those inclined). The free breakfast is a plus and it’s only two blocks from Main St.

It’s in a residential neighborhood and some of the neighbors houses aren’t in great shape tbh. The ceiling fan is really low and there was only one wooden chair to sit on.

I don't even know when to begin. The person in the front was sooo nice. They upgraded our room to one with 2 rooms, which was wonderful. It had a fire place inside which came in so handy because we had done laundry the night before and our clothes hadn't fully dried! The bathroom has details as if it was someone's apartment (smaller makeup mirror, soap and lotion placed in a spot that just makes sense intuitively) there is a brochure in the room with instructions for the fire place and tips for how to spend your days and where to go. It almost felt like we were staying at an Airbnb rather than a hotel. Breakfast is brought to your room!!! We wanted to stay another night! Absolutely loved and want to come back here!

Cute motel. Very clean. Bed super comfortable with crispy cotton sheets and I am very picky.

We were in the handicap unit and the water from the slope of the floor and shower curtain allowed the water to puddle in the bathroom and created a big mess. Only 2 towels provided and they were stiff and scratchy. There was Only one hook in the bathroom to hang towels behind the door. Could use some better lighting.

It's within walking distance of everything. The place was very clean and beachy looking. The room was very nice and very clean and pleasant.

The main thing was that there was different times to order breakfast. We ordered between 8-8:30am. It did not come then. They started at the other end and started serving everyone. We were pretty much last in line. We got tired of waiting and cancelled. We had a great breakfast in town at La Parisienne bakery. He was not easy to reach. The office was always closed. Didn't get a chance to tell him that the shower water was extremely hard to control for heat and cold. It was either very hot or cold most of the time.

Breakfast was very good and delivered to our room each morning. The room was spotless and very cozy. Really enjoyed the fireplace. Staff was very accommodating , giving us extra blankets and also some great suggestions for dinner. Great location..walkable to the main drag and plenty of restaurants.

Everything was perfect.we liked it so much we changed our plans and stayed another night.

There could be better parking . We went to make coffee in the room and the creamer was clumpy and wouldn’t mix with the coffee. These are small items, just trying to come up with something we didn’t like.

it was clean and comfortable and had everything you needed. i liked the firepit and rocking chairs. i liked the fact the rooms where on the flat.

the outside paint job is a bit garish. but thats not the case in side. if you get cold at night you may want to ask for an extra blanket. of course sofa beds are never comfortable.

Loved the room and the location. Felt like home. Exceptional. I’d definitely go back. Lovely breakfast and pleasant staff.

Walls were thin and people in next room were noisy and left the TV on until 1:00am and talked loudly. Called office and they couldn’t do anything and I wasn’t going to knock on their door.
