Location, clean, large TV, refrigerator, Microwave and shower

Linen was well worn, as were the towels. Soap was very small, not adequate. I think staff does the best that they can but better essentials should be provided. In other words don't be so chintzy with quality of basics such as soap and so forth. Its a better than average motel and deserves better supplies.

I have been staying here a long time, it’s always my go to hotel if there’s vacancy. very clean every time. staff are all WONDERFUL. always accommodating, always friendly. room was cleaned top to bottom every day, fresh towels were provided every day, beds were cleaned and made every day. room smelled clean, carpets were clean. tv was big and lots of channels to choose from. very updated mini fridge and microwave. large walk in closet. lots of lighting, perfect coffee bar area in room. I absolutely love this place and will always choose here first.

Very easy to find. Near restaurants and main part of town. Lots of parking. Walkable, ice machine was great as it was a warm, busy weekend! Friendly staff, helpful and knowledgeable about the town. Nice view from room of Morro Rock.

Nothing we found out of place. We were very last minute guests. Room and staff were great. Unbeknownst to us it was a Town wide garage sale weekend. Very busy. Happy to have found a place to stay! Enjoyed Morro Bay and this hotel.

The property is located close enough to downtown and the waterfront to easily walk there. I particularly like how quiet it is! The place is exceptionally clean and the staff is kind and welcoming.

Hmm,…well, I had a piece of olallieberry pie in the mini-fridge that I was really looking forward to eating; I forgot to hang the “do not disturb” sign and came back to a wonderfully clean room, bed made and everything perfect, including a clean fridge! Oops! 😆

Location was very central but not noisy. Great little hotel. The room was spotless, warm, comfy with all needed conveniences. I thought it quite tastefully decorated. This is too personal but I thought the young man at the desk unexpectedly beautiful to behold though not over eager to help with my queries. (But the requested tea bag was really appreciated). I quite understand as he has long to go before reaching his prime whereas I am waaaay past mine.

What’s not to like?

I liked how close everything was to the property; food, sight seeing and shopping. It has the feeling of a close knit community so it felt safe to walk at night to see its attractions; Moro Rock.

When I got there the lady in charge was insulting to me. Maybe she should put an “open” sign so that the office doesn’t look like it’s closed when customers are trying to check in.

2days. Room 105. Peaceful location. Good area for walking or jogging. If you need things to be super modern this isn't the place for you. It's old school but quiet and clean. I slept pretty good here. Just blocks away from shopping, gas stations, 101 freeway and grocery store. Everything in the room worked as it was supposed to. Windows that opened. Friendly staff.

Not a fan of the ice machine. It's the kind you have to use a scoop to get the ice out but that wouldn't stop me from staying again.

The office lady was nice enough to allow early check in with my young granddaughter Thank you so much . It was very convenient to Main Street. Was very easy parking and very quite location.appreciated the ice machine outside my room #107

Which comforter or blankets were thicker , heavier considering how cold it gets at night . Will definitely bring my own thick blanket next time.

Close to town not very expensive for 2 days. The lady that checked us in was very nice she had everything ready. The motel was nice and quiet

The walls are thin lol I could hear the person downstairs snore and cough during the nite. The place where the motel didnt have too much traffic so it wasn't noisy in that area

No contact arrival and departure so we could arrive whenever we wanted. They were great with letting us know where our key would be and how to contact if we had any issues. The room itself was beautiful and comfortable. I loved it came with a fan and they do their best to be water/energy conscious. I would definitely stay here again!
