Everything was great, staff and location. Place was spotless!

Beds need a little help. Mattress was sunken in.

Linen was well worn, as were the towels. Soap was very small, not adequate. I think staff does the best that they can but better essentials should be provided. In other words don't be so chintzy with quality of basics such as soap and so forth. Its a better than average motel and deserves better supplies.

The property was tidy and cute. It is close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. We walked a lot to where we wanted to go. It was quiet and cute. Staff was very nice checking in. Easy check out.

The parking spaces are small. But we didn’t have an issue with that. There was plenty of room for everyone who was staying.

Vicky at the front desk was very friendly and gave us helpful suggestions for places to visit. The location of the Inn is great, walking distance from all the shops and interesting areas in Morro Bay.

We really wish they upgrade the Pillows, the uncomfortable pillows were really the only downside in our stay. Everything else was great, the rooms were super clean with very nice amenities (decent size mini fridge/freezer, storage room, TV, dining table).

I have been staying here a long time, it’s always my go to hotel if there’s vacancy. very clean every time. staff are all WONDERFUL. always accommodating, always friendly. room was cleaned top to bottom every day, fresh towels were provided every day, beds were cleaned and made every day. room smelled clean, carpets were clean. tv was big and lots of channels to choose from. very updated mini fridge and microwave. large walk in closet. lots of lighting, perfect coffee bar area in room. I absolutely love this place and will always choose here first.

Very easy to find. Near restaurants and main part of town. Lots of parking. Walkable, ice machine was great as it was a warm, busy weekend! Friendly staff, helpful and knowledgeable about the town. Nice view from room of Morro Rock.

Nothing we found out of place. We were very last minute guests. Room and staff were great. Unbeknownst to us it was a Town wide garage sale weekend. Very busy. Happy to have found a place to stay! Enjoyed Morro Bay and this hotel.

The property is located close enough to downtown and the waterfront to easily walk there. I particularly like how quiet it is! The place is exceptionally clean and the staff is kind and welcoming.

Hmm,…well, I had a piece of olallieberry pie in the mini-fridge that I was really looking forward to eating; I forgot to hang the “do not disturb” sign and came back to a wonderfully clean room, bed made and everything perfect, including a clean fridge! Oops! 😆

There is plenty of free parking, and the motel is close to downtown and the Embarcadero. There was no noticeable traffic noise.

The ice machine wasn't working. Only three coat hangers were provided in the closet for my three-night stay. The shower was small, with no shelf for shampoo and nothing to grab onto.

Great location, near everything walking distance to shops, restaurants and sight seeing. Loved walking down to bay and watching the seals, otters and people paddling boarding. Very relaxing.

Could hear the people upstairs walking around, but some people walk or have a heavy foot. Other wise very nice and over all very quiet.

Location was very central but not noisy. Great little hotel. The room was spotless, warm, comfy with all needed conveniences. I thought it quite tastefully decorated. This is too personal but I thought the young man at the desk unexpectedly beautiful to behold though not over eager to help with my queries. (But the requested tea bag was really appreciated). I quite understand as he has long to go before reaching his prime whereas I am waaaay past mine.

What’s not to like?
