The staff were very friendly and kind. They provide well-maintained bikes which my family utilized several times. We also were given passes to visit their sister resort (a few miles away) and played pickle ball and swam in their pool. Very nice. The location is very good - directly across from the beautiful Coronado Hotel and a multitude of restaurants and stores, surrounded by a safe and well-maintained neighborhood.

Coronado Island is also the home of a naval base which was very active while we were there. This is not the fault of the hotel, but since I am a light sleeper, the sound of fighter jets flying close by all through the night was a problem. I don't know if they are always that active (our president had recently announced sending 2 nuclear submarines to an enemy's coastline... so maybe that stimulated an increase in naval operations. It was interesting seeing Aircraft Carriers and battleships off the coast and even an Osprey fly overhead, but the dozens of fighter jets were disturbing through the night).

Room is well equipped with a kitchen and all the cooking utensils needed. Only short walking distance to restaurants and the main beach. You can even get free access to another resort for a relaxing pool day (7km away, shuttle is available but we drive there by ourselves.)

Price relatively high and thus the value for money is just okay. No breakfast available at the hotel. Cleanliness can be improved especially the sink and towels. You will need to bring earplugs as the Main Street is loud.

Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Rooms are equipped with everything you might need for a stay including beach towels and kitchenware. Events held daily with convenient text notifications. Easy check in and Check out. Access to second partner resort. Rooftop lounge area with bbq pits and hot tub. Excellent sunset views on the rooftop. The parrot in the lobby was very cool. Beach is a very short walk away and was visible from our room. Property is in an area with much activity and extremely walkable. Highly recommend.

Clean, super great location right across from Del and beaches For those complaining about construction- we were there Friday- Sunday and there was little construction noise during the day hours after 9 am and zero construction at night during sleeping hours. They are re-furnishing the Del and some other construction projects. And we could not hear any construction from our room at all. Super amazing location! The cabinet drawer pulls and fronts of cabinets and bedroom dresser were dirty- they needed a good cleaning/ wipe down. Couldn’t get ice after a certain time in the evening because door was locked for quiet hours.

Loved the location. Walking distance to the ocean. Loved access to beach toys, chairs, etc.

Water being turned off first day we were there and then longer than expected and no hot water after it was back for several hours. Forgot to clean our room during mid-week clean, but did bring towels and take out trash and old towels when notified. Hotel made good on everything by refunding one night and comping one of our dinners. The staff and customer service was wonderful.

Perfect location. Ecellent staff. Only issue was that the drain in the shower is plugged a bit and needs to be cleaned out as the water backs up. Really the ONLY complaint. We’ve stayed here before and hope to stay again some day!!

The location is awesome! Plenty of room for us, we loved the large fridge and mini kitchen. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place was clean and the roof deck is pretty cool with great views of the Christmas lights at the Del. Loved the cookies and drinks in the lobby!

Loved everything. The location is perfect for the beach and shops/restaurants and parking is great. The roof terrace is beautiful with lovely views and the rooms are perfect. The staff are so helpful and accommodating.

Entire staff was so helpful and kind. I had an unexpected surprise come up on my last day and the front desk staff was generous and thoughtful and I appreciated the kindness and assistance very much.
