Big, beautiful rooms, clean, spacious bathroom. Not walkable to downtown but a cheap Uber ride will get you there. (try the Novo restaurant.) Staff was friendly, and even tho our room was next to the elevator we heard very little noise from the hallways.

The shower was unnecessarily complicated. The hotel itself was VERY close to the freeway, so sleeping with the window open wasn't an option. Even with the window closed traffic was audible. The complimentary breakfast was uninspiring and sparse, but nevertheless appreciated.

Hot breakfast was excellent and varied from day to day. It was encouraging to see staff monitoring it constantly. Seating was plentiful and not crowded. Fitness room was excellent and clean.

I had two back to back reservations, with a full clean (but not checkout) agreed to occur between reservations. The full clean did not occur.

Consistent with other Hampton Inns that I've been to in the past. The breakfast was as expected. Staff was friendly and accommodating. They had good COVID measures in place. I would stay here again if given the opportunity.

One thing I forgot to address while I was at the hotel, there was a dripping noise coming from the vents in the bathroom. It sounded like a water dripping on the fan above the toilet. There was no visible water damage but it was noticeable throughout the night.

It was graduation weekend and your rates were grossly inflated. It's a shame a hotel would do that KNOWING people need a place to stay for a milestone event. You should not do that. Over $1,300 for 3 nights is outrageous.

Great location and we appreciated the space in the rooms. The front desk was nice and accommodating. Breakfast was hot and made to order.

I miss the happy hour, but understand that we are not yet back to "normal" post covid. Annoyed that when I booked on booking.com, I am not able to earn Hilton points. WTH?!?! If I stay in a Hilton property, then I should earn points regardless of how I booked. Will not be using booking.com in the future for Hilton stays.

The property was in excellent condition, practically new. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They served a good variety of choices for breakfast. Coffee is always available in the lobby, a great touch. The lobby has several sitting areas to enjoy. I will definitely make this a regular stop in my travels.

Great location, excellent staff, breakfast was good, the room and bathroom was clean, comfortable beds, microwave and refrigerator.

The coffee maker is kept in the bathroom, that's so unsanitary. Also the heater/ac was very noisy.

Location, easy to find right off the freeway. Staff super nice & attentive.

Restroom was clean but I did find 2 dead bugs on the floor.

Breakfast was awesome. It always has been. This is the only place we'll stay when coming to San Luis Obispo. The staff are great

Nothing was wrong. Everything is always perfect.

Pretty good view really close to all shopping centers. Really good restaurants to go out and eat.
