The entire staff is among the best thing about the property. I have traveled a lot in life and the particular stays this summer here are local stays (home is 10 minutes away). Great value. Rooms are clean. Everything is near whether your a tourist, business or a local that needs a place to stay. Securty…well it works. So we’ll that I was able to what I thought was a friend steal money out of my wallet. Amazing. I thank Sid for that one (manager here). If you need a place to stay while your out all day enjoying this spot on earth….you can’t go wrong.

I enjoyed the convenience of the hotel being located next to a gas station, and a 7-11. Also, in walking distance to the boardwalk. The housekeeping women did a great job on the room every day as well as they were super kind people. They have lots of great channels to choose from on T.V. I also loved the old pictures of the boardwalk on the walls in the room.

I didn't like that they didn't have regular coffee pots or at least the option of it. The pool is only on one side of the complex. So if you're not on the side that has the pool, you have to walk across the street just to go for a quick swim.

Hot tub was clean and easy to use, enjoyed it a lot. Clean room, very friendly and helpful staff. I liked having the coffee maker and coffee in room, plus the microwave and minifridge which I definitely ended up needing. Bonus was the restaurant across the street, everything we tried was delicious.

Can't think of anything I didn't really like. Weekend rates were higher than weekday, but that's pretty much any hotel, it was expected, and not a negative against the place.

I love how clean the room is: shiny laminate flooring, clean and fresh towels, nicely done bed, drinking glasses, and coffee mugs. Chinese restaurant is on the left side of the annex building, Taco Truck is on the right side of the Annex building, 7 Eleven is just a block away.

Noisy refrigerator, very old microwave- Jurassic and looking a little dirty please REPLACE it. Most of all the noise of the water when people upstairs or next-door use the bathroom.

Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff, nice rooms with ample parking and a spot directly in front of our door.

The rooms seem very old with outdated equipment. ie: the air conditioner barely cooled the room. It was very humid. One of the rooms upstairs had an odd smell. Lighting was poor, hard to see, but that may be because we’re getting old. Bathroom door stuck, toilet barely flushed and the bare floors made it a bit impersonal. But none of that was a deal breaker. I’d definitely come back.

one light in bathroom was out and another was loud and slow to turn. Some of the metal things (lamps and towel racks) were rusting The hot tub is in a big wooden box in the parking lot. The pool was closed

- Room was just far enough away from road for it to be quiet. - Room was tidy, clean and well stocked. - AC unit greatly helped - Walking distance from several nice bars, food areas etc

- Coffee machine had old water in the reservoir and didn't dispense coffee after it brewed

We stayed for 6 days. The staffs were very friendly. Housekeepings were very nice to check on us to make sure we get enough supplies in the room. The room was nearly renovated. They kept it really clean and nice. No smell noticed. Their sheets and towel were very clean. On top of those, the location was very close by downtown and boardwalk. 15 minutes walking distance. We enjoyed our walk and explore the local stores.

Out side was outdated, but inside the room would surprise you. It could get noisy when people walk outside of aisle but we could not hear from the room next to us.

Very friendy and welcoming staff. We got an upgrade to the building on the other side of the street. Very spacious room with kingsize bed, desk, sink, microwave. Toiletries and coffee provided. Bed comfy, bathroom clean.

Outside of the city center, 20-25 minutes walk to center/beach.

Very clean and comfortable. The location was great. It is located on a main road that goes to the boardwalk, so it is busy during the day, but quiet at night. We loved it and will be returning for the great price.

The bathrooms were a bit out dated. Also, a comfy chair would be good by the TV.
