I loved the cleanliness and tall ceilings in my room as well as the free breakfast!

The wifi was AWFUL. It went out so many times and the front desk just told me to call a number if I had issues. This seemed to be their response for a lot of things, "I don't know, but here's a number to solve that issue." I understand if the front desk genuinely doesn't know but as someone who comes from a hospitality background I wish there was a different way to deliver this or help out versus handing me off to an answering machine when the front desk is RIGHT there to help out in person. Breakfast was fine but the tables were often left dirty the entire morning so if you arrive after 7am, you're stuck with limited clean tables or clean them yourself.

The property was great. It was located right next to a small plaza with fast food and right next to the freeway entrance. They had continental breakfast which was a plus, and saved us the time and hassle of having to go find food.

They were doing construction on the property during our stay which was loud. Also, the bed frame in our room creaked anytime you got on or off the bed. You can hear people walk by your room out in the hallway and their whole conversation. The shower head looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while, there was mildew starting to form on it.

The location right off the freeway is the safest place, and it was still very quiet. I liked the underground parking -it felt clean, and safe although there’s a $10 charge.The breakfast has everything from hot oatmeal, bagels and muffins to pancakes. Everything else was wonderful including large crunchy Fuji apples. The pool was very clean, great for some short lap swimming.

I usually enjoy the hot breakfast bar but the eggs looked too cheesy and the thin sausage patties were dry. The pool was a bit cool and there’s no sun in the morning or evening. Too cool for my 6 year old son.

We liked the fact that the room was so big yet the price was so cheap! We also liked the free breakfast. We liked having restaurants nearby in case we were hungry. We also liked that it was near our primary destination, the University.

We didn't like that the sofa bed mattress was so thin. We were also interrupted by someone knocking at our door multiple times saying, "housekeeping," around 9 pm then when we checked nobody was there; this only happened on one occasion though.

Loved the area-local businesses and felt safe but close enough to daily excursions. Loved the sauna and guarded parking lot. It felt very clean, loved the microwave, keurig, breakfast, dove body products, and check in staff

Wish there was non-slip mat for shower, wish there was a jacuzzi, wish we could figure out heat and not just air conditioning, wish there was more than one bellhop cart. Those are just wishes. One of the elevators needs to be addressed....sounds scary and slow like we're gonna get stuck

Checkin was a breeze. Accommodated our request. Easy access to food and location was great for hopping on freeway and 5-15 min drive from most places we wanted to go. Free morning breakfast was a great touch and had most basic stuff one would look for.

Parking spaces were often small and right next to a pole. Lots of larger cars making it extra hard to park. Only minus that I can think of.

The staff was nice. The room and hotel was clean. The breakfast area was clean and fully stocked. An attendant was restocking and cleaning the entire time.

There are 2 parking structures with enough parking. However, the spaces are very, very tight. If you have a large vehicle, such as an suv or truck, it will be very tricky to park. All spaces are compact, and there is very little room to turn or back into the spot.

When I checked in I was told I had to pay for the room at that time, I already paid for the room thru Booking.com at the time I made the reservation. Credit card statement reflected that. I paid again, hope I didn't pay twice. Please check!!

No discount for locals, like myself, for the storm damage that was occuring that necessitated our evacuating. Also the large amount of fees charged in addition to the stated room fee. I stayed for 3 nights then returned for another 5 nights the next week due to more storm damage and was not given any kind of discount due to the extreme storm damage occuring in our area. We were declared a state and federal disaster emergency.

parking arrangements for first time checkin. there is not enough space to park the car and complete checkin formalities. I had to park the car and did not have a way to come to lobby without access card. I had to pull two luggage’s over the ramp. the room could have given us 2 queen size beds
