The location is great, and it's nice that the board walk is within walking distance. It was a short drive to downtown and lots of food options near by.

The beds were a bit small, and loud when you moved or turned over at night. My back was killing me every morning, but it was perfect for a lot of people and the location kind of made up for the uncomfortable bed situation. I do wish there was more than one bathroom in a room that is supposed to fit 8 people. And be prepared for no water pressure at all in the shower. Also the patio is above the room so be prepared to hear lots of noise, walking around, talking, etc.

Great location, plenty of parking (they have 4 lots, just call and ask if you can’t find a spot in front). The people who run the hotel are very nice, they let us check in a little early and gave us an extra blanket when requested. The room is basic but very clean. Mini fridge is very cold and there was a clean microwave in the room as well. Bathroom was small but very clean.

The bed linens were clean, but could use some replacing. Also, the button on the ice machine gets stuck and a ton of ice will come out while you figure out how to unstick it.

The inn is a great place to stay due to its location, value and room size. The location is just a parking lot walk away from the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, rooms are great for families as ours had a separate room for the kids and this place still manages to have decent prices!

Some minor damages on furniture or floors but nothing that impeded the functioning of said items and wifi is not that great if you don't data to rely on. Not the best place for anyone with mobility issues as there are no elevators.

The hotel is directly in front of the boardwalk. It is almost impossible to get any closer. There was a big balcony for people to enjoy and people watch. As a smoker it is smoker friendly which I appreciate. There was always available parking on the property but not always in front of the structure. Parking in the back was still convenient.

The room was nice, a little cramped but enough room to rest your head. No extra amenities like breakfast or coffee in the room.

everything near by walking distance very good view very nice people who work for the hotel. the room was very clean restroom very clean had option of cool or heat which was very nice. had a balcony to sit and eat watch the rides from were we where staying. over all great place to stay for the price and the convenience of everything close by.

loved everything about this hotel no complaints was satisfied was safe quite location close to beach stores food great restaurant bowling ally for kids karaoke/bar for the adults loved the small street canoply shops homemade clothing jewelry over all everything was great!

It was as close as you could get to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk. The hotel staff were nice. Allowed to get into room and hour early after driving 4 hours.

Very poor parking. We had to park in an alley at the rear of the hotel. No elevators to second and third floor. No pool or work out facility.

The direct TV didn’t work the first day we were there! No coffee in the room!

Great location, spacious rooms, pretty comfortable bed, nice fridge, has an ice machine, easy to find, not a far walk from boardwalk. I will always choose this place over any other.

Really noisy if you’re by the street, tv is pretty small, they need new towels. Although they’re all minor things and I still think it’s a good place to stay at.

I was greeted by the employee and he recognized me for I am always checking in at this inn. Our room was very clean and smelled fresh. We were on the 2nd floor and the room was very spacious. Location is the best since it's right across the boardwalk!! Keep up the good service!! I'll definitely be back!!

There's nothing to complain about and nothing to not like.

Great location. Our room was clean. I so appreciate the daily housekeeping (the housekeeping staff were fantastic)!!! The option for early checking/late check out was much appreciated. The beds were comfy.

Some amenities would have been nice. The coffee maker was a bit underwhelming. We didn't have cups for it or coffee at check in. I know I could have asked for some, but chose not to. Our room was a bit dark, but that was I guess the luck of the draw. But coffee and some sort of breakfast option would have been great.
