Great hotel! I was hesitant due to previous experience with this brand. However, this location was recently renovated and it was really nice! Room was large and VERY clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Beds were slightly uncomfortable, and it would have been nice if the air conditioning was turned on prior to checking in. Room was really warm to start and took a while for the air to catch up.

They are working very hard to upgrade this old Econolodge. Our room was very pleasant, the bed was super comfortable and we even had a kitchenette. Parking easy. No carpet nice new flooring.

The pillows are old, they need to get new ones. I never did find an ice machine. Breakfast limited but that didn’t matter to us.

My daughter and I were in the area to visit family as well as Pike’s Peak and Garden of the Gods, and this hotel was conveniently located to each one. the staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was great.

Due to staffing limitations, there was nobody on property overnight in the event a guest got locked out of their room (which didn’t happen to us).

The property was very convenient for visiting Garden of the Gods which is absolutely amazing. We went at sunset and also at sunrise. Parking was ample. Sheets and towels were clean. It was nice to have the wash basin outside the main bathroom. There were also maps and free shuttle schedule for visiting downtown Manitou springs. Person at reception was pleasant.

There was a big stain on the carpet right by the door. Looked like they had made an effort to clean it but it hadn't worked. The furniture was little old and stained.

Newly remodeled room with good beds. The AC unit was located in the back of the room instead of next to front door and beds. Toilet and bath was located behind a door allowing use of vanity when toilet is being used. Located right across the street from road to Garden of the Gods.

Noisy location at busy road.

The beds were super comfortable. The heater kept the room warm, and staff brought me an extra blanket for the bed.(it was really cold when I was there) Breakfast was good. Location was excellent! Close to Garden of the Gods and Sunwater Spa.

Some noisy neighbor left (or got there?) at 4:30 AM and kept slamming the doors. No fault of the hotel- but fellow travelers have a little consideration for your neighbors.

Rooms, outdoor areas, breakfast room, access to and from the road has a light. Staff is awesome from front desk to housekeeping to grounds.

Nothing to not like! Their staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! The front desk team ROCKS! They were super accommodating with my 90 year old mom with Alzheimers and mobility issues.. They even called me to confirm my reservation and arrival! Beautiful rooms. Clean, and I give the utmost respect to the housekeeping staff, they work their tails off, being short staffed. You couldn't tell by the condition of the rooms and the grounds. Conveniently located on business 24, and their own red light for easy access. Great little breakfast area and nice choices, no wasteful, over the top stuff, which is just fine with me. New ownership took over in April 2021. I'd say they're doing a great job.

The hotel is located along the main street in Manitou Springs. It was comfortable and clean, even though they were understaffed the staff were helpful and friendly. They even called to verify our check in time, so they would be sure to have the room ready before we arrived, which was thoughtful. Breakfast was good. The pool was not open while we were there, but the weather was too chilly to swim anyway. We were within walking distance to the quaint little shops uptown, and pretty close to several attractions - Pike's Peak, Garden of the Gods, 7 Falls, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, Cave of the Winds. It was definitely a great place to stay for the location and price!

Our stay was fine the motel was close to restaurants and Garden of the Gods. As it was New Year’s Eve we enjoyed the fireworks on Top of Pikes Peak from the parking area. Over all a good stay.

Everything was clean and neat, looked newly remodeled. Sierra at the front desk was very helpful! Enjoyed chatting with her!

Just a preference if mine , I enjoy some protein at breakfast! However, What was available was good!
