Mold in Bathroom - I get it, the humidity is atrocious, But a little bleach cleaner would work wonders. Floors were filthy. Had to wipe up a water spill upon arrival and towel was black. Didn't see a mop on the cleaning carts either.

This is a great little property in a fantastic location in Cocoa Beach. Great value especially when you compare to rates at other properties. The lazy river was endless fun. Everything on the property is well maintained and you can tell they really care about the place. The ocean and beach is less than a 5 minute walk. Nice buffet breakfast with different options. Friendly staff.

The rooms had a few little issues but the value of the place allowed us to overlook them. Some of the light switches and lamps don’t work in the rooms which make it feel older. Some issues with the TV but there were 2 in the suites so we watched together on 1 TV. But really it’s overall a great place.

A really cool vintage vibe, close to the beach and restaurants. Breakfast options had something for everyone. Lovely spacious room. The outside public areas were really well kept and the lobby is beautiful. The Cocoa Beach Trolley/bus stops just out the front. Jennifer on the front desk was awesome!

It was as-advertised so we expected it to be an older place but it would benefit from a little more attention to detail. Sand on the floor when we arrived. Not enough pillows for 4 people. Pool view room that didn’t look out over the pool but instead over an unkept sunken grass area.

Beautiful outside, love the lazy river, sand for kids and outside large movie and tv screen. Awesome to have restaurant and bar on property. Wonderful Breakfast staff and food. Mandy at the front desk made us feel so at home. Went out of her way to find us a room for early checkin. After getting off our cruise and with a rain storm it was great to have a room to relax. Convenience of having so many places to walk for food, groceries and shopping.

We had two different rooms for our group, in two different buildings. Strange almost musty smell in both rooms. We loved everything else but the smell is something that made this place not as pleasant.

We have stayed here multiple times and it does not disappoint. The location is perfect (mcdonalds across the street for the teenagers lol). Right beside Ron Jon surf shop for some souvenir shopping if needed. The breakfast is a great way to start everyday and the pool/lazy river are always clean and inviting. The poolside bar serves drinks and food if you don't want to lose your chair during the busy afternoon.

There is not much to dislike. I will say that some people would not like the fact that the rooms arent serviced everyday. I believe you have to stay a minimum of 3 nights before your room is serviced by housekeeping. However, you can request new towels from the front desk daily and they have no problem supplying them.

This place was awesome, to say the least. It was a great location, everything was super clean. New remodeled, excellent breakfast, great pool, extra outdoor games to play. Had a bar/restaurant, too.(loaded fries were so good) Front desk ppl were easy and friendly to work with. They did offer beach cart with chairs etc to go to beach, short walk to beach. Large room, very cheerful!

Our room had a fridge but no microwave. Called the office to inquire and was told we booked a standard room that didn't include a microwave??? (Never heard of this before.)There was one in the lobby, very inconvenient. At those prices, one should be in every room. Also no closet, just an 18" bar to hang clothes, no hangers either.

This is not our first day at the beach side. One thing we enjoy about this resort is the location and how it was in walking distance of local stores, restaurants, and of course steps away from the beach. We enjoy the resort amenities such as complementary chair, umbrella, Boogie board and surfboard rentals. Typically the staff is helpful and friendly however, during check-in on this visit, the staff seemed rushed and irritated. Every other encounter we had with the staff from there on out was pleasant. The beds were not comfortable at all however, this space is sufficient with a small fridge and microwave in the room and our balcony had a nice view. The lazy river is heated and there is a restaurant and bar on property. Would definitely recommend for a family vacation.

Lovely "throwback motel" 60's vibe retro style motel. Staff was excellent from check-in until check-out. Outstanding value for money. Close to beach, wonderful amenities for kids and adults, pool (heated), lazy river, free parking, close to fast food and restaurants. Ron Jon's Surf Shop a block away. Port Canaveral a twelve minute drive. Movies on a big screen at night outside by pool. Just a very old motel, kept up very well that offers a nice free breakfast with staff to help you if needed. Will definitely stay again before heading on a cruise once more. For those very safety conscious, one thing to note is that entry to these rooms is from the outside, not a central hallway.

Amenities, proximity to food and local shops. Nice shower, friendliness & free breakfast.

Hand down the evening front desk clerk Mrs. Lou(?) I was upset about not getting the room I booked through Booking.com and I was going through a horrible loss in my family and really didn't want to go on my cruise. I actually cried at the front desk and she prayed with me and gave me words of encouragement and rearranged it so I could get my original room. She suggested seven out of the twelve restaurants near the motel. She brightened my whole trip. The facilities were not what I expected for the price. It was clean, close to the beach, the port and plenty of stores. Amazing location.... thank you Ms. Lou 😇

The location was close enough to the cruise port, and offered a shuttle. The grounds were pleasing to the eye. The chili I bought at the snack bar was delicious and hot. The room was clean and comfortable.

My room had a door at the back, that probably went to an adjoining room. When I laid down for a nap, the teenagers in the room behind the door started punching and kicking the door, which scared me awake. That isn't the hotel's fault, and I did tell the front desk so they could remind the guests in that room not to do that. It might be worth posting on that adjoining door to be quiet as other guests could be in the adjoining room.
