Lovely hotel with balcony on every room, direct beach access and use of their pool, and the pool and hot tub in the Marriot beside them. Overall the room was great, lots of room, greats view, and good bed. The surrounding area is beautiful and couldn't recommend it enough!

The bathroom was average with an old enough feel. The seal on the doors could have being better and there was a slight noise when the wind picked up. Minimal services in the hotel itself as they expect you to use the bistro in the Marriot beside them as then hotels are partnered. The Marriot bistro is excellent though for breakfast, lunch, or even dinner!

The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. All rooms have a balcony and I was one the 7th floor with ocean view. I found the digital check in really handy. You're given the room number on the app the morning of your stay and can even view a floor plan to see exactly where your room is on the app, and when you arrive, just head straight to your room and open the door by holding your phone next to the lock. It was so easy and handy. I arrived behind a large group that was checking in at the front desk and was glad for digital check in because I bypassed all of them and went to the elevator and right to the room. I stayed one night pre cruise.

Everything. The room was available early for us to check in. The receptionist was very helpful booking Space Center tickets, the room was very comfortable and access to the beach was very convenient. In general, it was a very good experience.

The price was pretty expensive, but we realize this was the popular summer season and were willing to spend extra to get a nice accommodation.

Everyone was nice and helpful and I love that they have a partnership with the marriot across the street so we were able to use their pool ect. That was amazing

The breakfast was okay I feel it could have been better … on my last day they didn’t have any meat so that was kid of disappointing being that my son only eats meat for breakfast so I had to buy him something from a restaurant nearby

arrived at 2 pm, front desk told us room not ready and official check in was at 4. They'd text when room ready. We waited til 4:12- no text. When I went in I asked if room ready- "NO"- it was past official check in and we had waited outiside for 2 hours! WHY NOT GET THE GUESTS WHO ARE THERE AT PROPERTY's room ready asap???

when day of check out came my sister went down to see if we cld extend our stay and stay in our room the lady said yes I came down to pay since I originally did it through booking.com and suddenly my room was not a available to extend. I understand being booked but when we came down to talk about it she should have checked before saying yes it wasted my time, got our hopes up, and caused us to have to rechange plans

Loved the breakfast, thank you. The room was good, little worn but good. Needs new pillows though. Loved the partial ocean view and balcony. Everyone was very polite. Would definitely stay here again.

Pillows could have been better. Mold around the commode at the caulking.

The beach is very close and beautiful. Our room was very clean and staff always brought us extra towels and things quickly when we requested them.

There was some work being done and repairs needed in other rooms, so sometimes it was very noisy above us when we wanted to rest.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay one of the best we've had at a hotel. The views were beautiful from our balcony. The room was very clean & comfortable. Can't wait to go back!

Last day Sep 4 all hotel does not have water in the rooms, the gate close to pool is not working so we have to enter by main door the breakfast we have to has in the next door the hotel had a big issues
