close to the beach, clean comfortable rooms.

the pool was closed and you had to use a card to get extra towels for the pool area. and there wasn’t anyone available to get towels from. so I’m packing extra card for nothing.

I loved the attentiveness of the staff, better than anywhere else I have stayed. I also loved the cleanliness of the property, that was very important to me and so was the upkeep of the rooms and property. I felt very comfortable and at home during our stay!!!!! The kids and the adults loved all of the water features. I enjoyed having activities right on site and we loved being able to walk to the beach.

I love the room, there was a bit of a chemical smell of some sort that was very strong and it did not smell like cleaning products, other than that everything was fine. The main big pool water seemed a little murky a couple mornings. We would have enjoyed having breakfast options onsite. We would have enjoyed possibly having milk and cereal as options to purchase in the hotel store. I did not like the fact that there was not an elevator to get to the second floor.

This property was amazing for families. the staff was very friendly and super welcoming and willing to answer any questions and help with whatever was needed. My family loved the daily children activities hosted at the pool and all the accommodations welcoming to children. Anthony at the activities center was amazing, the staff was constantly cleaning to make sure the property remained in clean fashion. The grilles located by the pool were cleaned two to three times daily. The team of workers and housekeepers do an excellent job around the facilities.

Parking can be a hassle at times; however the property makes it simple enough to no use your car once you find a parking space. it’s very centrally located to where you can walk everywhere and even offers a shuttle to various locations so you don’t have to drive.

I liked the space in the room and having 2 bathrooms. The kids enjoyed the swimming area and the food at the tiki bar was great. The hostess at the bar was also very friendly. The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to the beach.

The beds were very firm. This may not be a problem for everyone, but it definitely made for a more difficult night of sleep. We also had an outside facing room and all of the swimming is in the middle of the resort, and the way in wasn't super well labeled, but easy enough to navigate.

Pool area was great the water falls and lazy river was the best. The hotel room was up dated, the beds were comfortable. The Beach area was nice, though you could not see a view of it from the hotel.

The Wi-fi was terrible, I could not get on from my computer and I use LTE on my phone. There was no way to "purchase" a wifi plan and that was frustrating because I would have paid for it. TV also had some difficulty working but not sure if the internet had anything to do with it.

Great amenities, close to the ocean, easy access to stores and restaurants. We were able to walk to most areas we wanted. They had free transportation to the pier and gave discounts for tickets to Kennedy space center. The rooms were very nice and clean.

We liked that they had laundry but because it was in a walkway area, it wasn't the cleanest area. They do have waterslides but they are only for small children. Parking is tight but at least it was free!

I loved the apartment style and felt like home away from home. Everything was clean which always makes you feel more comfortable when staying. I liked the easy access for the laundry facilities.

I didn't like being hounded about going to a seminar. The welcome ladies had alot of great helpful info. However, when we were not able to make it to the seminar it felt like we were straight up being harrassed and it made going into the front office unpleasant. They were too nosy asking when we were leaving and I didn't feel like explaining myself.

Property was pretty clean. Staff were very nice. Not too far from beach. Not too crowded. The lazy river and play area are great. loved all the activities available for the kids. Decor was very nice.

The beds were rock hard and only had a thin comforter between two sheets plus a scratchy add on blanket. I won’t stay here again simply because the bed gave me hip and back ache. There also aren’t any elevators, so be prepared to haul your items. Oh, and small compact car spaces meant we had a tough time with parking in our Ford 250 Truck. Also, there were some kids who were unsupervised and no security told them to stop spraying other guests in the face or across pools with their water toys. Personally, for the sake of all guests to enjoy themselves I would have a no squirt gun rule. Lastly, there were some guests smoking by the lazy river, but due to minimal security they were not caught.

Loved all the pools, lazy river, water park. The room was big and clean. Tiki bar was fantastic. Location to the beach was good. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.

No elevator. Wish the units had washer and dryer in them. Also our stand up bathroom leaked every time we showered (doors were put on the wrong way) lol
