I can see why this hotel gets high ratings. Rooms are bigger than all hotels at the same price. Nice little kitchen, plenty of towels, a vanity mirror next to the bathroom. The bathroom was also bigger than all hotles at this price. Many restaurants are near to this hotel. The room was very clean and so was the bathroom. Staff was very friendly and took time to help us print a document we needed, super friendly morning and evening staff.

Breakfast was plentiful, but some of the things, such as eggs, were not very tasty, bland, or breakfast. But it's included, and there are a few other options in this morning breakfast.

15-minute drive from airport in Central Miami. Big, clean, modern rooms. Nice shower, etc. Free WiFi and parking. Nice desk. USB ports. Good power outlets. King bed and sofa bed accommodated a couple with two kids. Well equipped kitchen, with dishes, dishwasher, etc. Decent exercise room. Nice, warm pool and outdoor seating.

Room was modern but not cozy. Too much vinyl and too angular and gray. Located in industrial park, so no very nearby stores, restaurants. Only one package of regular coffee (2 decafe) in room, not replaced during 2-day stay. Breakfast was substantial (eggs, sausage, waffles, bread, oatmeal, fruit, "yogurt", etc.), but decidedly institutional grade. Nothing I would serve at home. Coffee was so weak that we always went out for coffee, immediately after breakfast.

The hotel room was very spacious and clean. The room included a kitchenette with a large fridge, dishwasher, stovetop, microwave, pots and pans, plates, bowls, drinking glasses, cutlery. They even included a brand new sponge, soap, and dishwasher detergent for cleaning your dishes. The gym was a decent size and had about 5 cardio machines, weights, etc. The breakfast that was provided in the morning had a variety of food. Overall, great hotel in a safe area.

Although in a central location for driving, there's not much around that is walking distance.

Exceptionally clean hotel! The king suite was amazing -- super spacious and comfortable. Staff members were all very professional and courteous. And the cleanliness... Simply spotless all throughout!

Would like to see a better breakfast. It was not bad, but no many options. Breakfast when you travel is such a nice bonus. It would be great to see some more options for breakfast next time we go.

Great location, great staff, good breakfast taking in consideration it is complimentary. Facilities are fine and very clean place

We were two adults and a toddler, maybe room can be kind of small for 4 adults. Nothing too concerning It requires a drop-off location with a roof to avoid getting wet when raining

Cleanliness, quiet

There was an.issue at checkin with my card being placed with a hold for double the amount of my stay. I showed the front desk and was told I had to contact my bank. My bank didnt charge double, the hotel did. I ended up paying cash at checkout so that nothing would be ran through my bank. As of the next day, there is still a hold on my card for double the amount of my stay. Also I requested that all people in my party be placed on the same floor and was told that it was taken care of, it wasnt. We spoke to someone else and was accommodated the next day after others checked out. Was told there were no adjoining rooms which was a complete lie because my room had a door for an adjoining room.

Very clean hotel/inn with very good swimming pool, gym and laundry room. Walking distance to Miami Intl Mall and 7 mins drive to one of (in not the biggest) mall in Florida I.e. Dolphin Mall.

Ideal location to malls and airport . The fruits selection was nice but breakfast was a bit limited since we are vegetarian. The rooms are very nice and spacious; ideal for a family with little kids

Breakfast needed more variety .Some more vegetarian options would have been nice.

My room was given away when we arrived. It was a hassle getting that situated. I booked a “garden view” room. Never saw that view. Small ants in our room by the window. Overall room was good size & clean.
