Great free parking in front of the hotel. The breakfast was really good. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

From entering the hotel, to my departure, the staff were welcoming. The room was spacious and the bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the assisted handles in the shower is a great touch. The location of the hotel was a huge convience. I was less than 10 minutes driving distance from all the places I needed to visit.

Although it was for a few seconds at at time, the wifi kept dropping. In addition, I wished I had more time to enjoy the other facilities offered by the hotel besides the accommodation.

From check in to check out the staff at this location was very helpful, friendly and personable. I asked for a shower cap and they delivered it to my room with no problems. This location was very clean and comfortable. The only issue was that our friends were on the same floor but at opposite ends from us which was a bit inconvenient. Not sure if this could have been improved but we made the best of it.

The shower head was pointing towards the back wall of shower. When you started up the water would spray you so you had to quickly get out before you got wet. I would suggest the shower heads be turned down more towards the floor of shower so when you turn on the water it doesn't wet you before you're ready to enter shower.

Location was amazing - was pretty near the airport, lots of food and restaurants nearby, Starbucks; just a 5-min drive away and not too far from Downtown too. Hotel was really nice; super clean, beautiful furnishings, hotel lobby was laid out pretty well, breakfast area was inviting and liked how they had coffee/tea available 24/7. Check-in took a while, but service was great; the staff who checked me in was super nice, pleasant and we chatted & laughed quite a bit. etc. Room was comfy and I was pretty impressed - good size, everything looked so clean, beds were perfect - just the right height, right amount of pillows, good pressure on the pillows/bed & TV was huge. Bathroom/Shower was spacious, lots of towels and stocked with toiletries, loved it! Microwave was in a pantry area of the room and fridge worked well too! :)

When I arrived the front desk personnel were extremely nice and welcoming, they helped me with all of my questions and one of them was an FIU student, she helped me as I was very nervous for my orientation the next day, she checked me in and helped me with instructions on how to park, how traffic was in the morning and all other million questions I asked her. She definitely made my stay 100% better as I was stressed and nervous when I got to the hotel and both of the girls at front desk were helpful, welcoming, which completely changed my mood and made my stay more pleasant. Also being able to have my breakfast delivered to my room early in the morning was the best, since I had to be up and ready so early, having my breakfast delivered at 6:00 was definitely so convenient and helped me save so much time.

Everything, the facilities are amazing the staff is very well train and help you a lot. The room was very clean. I like a lot the safety measurements during the tropical storm, the put all the advice in the lobby. The parking lot was very big and have plenty of spaces to park. I like a lot the quality coffee in the room.

They could improve de coffee quality of the restaurant on the first floor. It could be better. Like the one in the room with the coffee machine.

the staff was so friendly, one of the hotel staff even offer me a shuttle to the gas station and waited for me and told me to take my time. it was definitely a good stay

Very spacious room. Very clean; this hotel managed to have a room cleaning each 3 days. Other areas of the hotel are also very clean. Good Covid safety measures. All Staff at front desk and of restaurant is very friendly and helpful.

The room was really comfortable, with good space and it was very clean. Daily clean room service is really good. The location is amazing as well. The included breakfast was great. It included hot bar (eggs, sausage, potatoes), and regular continental breakfast like bread, fruits, cereals etc.

The only thing is that the people at the hotel's restaurant did not know the breakfast was included in our reservation so they tried to charge us. But at the checkout it was solved. Should be great if that they can check against the room number if the breakfast is included.
