I liked the Oatmeal breakfast and the cleanliness of the room and the staff who are always supportive and location is near to many places (restaurants, malls and office)

nothing as specific may be its not about dislike but a suggestion to have more options in breakfast and also run the coffee 24x7 instead of only during breakfast time

The pool is big, heated and available from 6am until 11pm. Beds are comfy, room is big and clean. Outdoor parking is available and easy to find, however there is no one to watch the cars. We haven't had any issues but I wouldn't leave anything in the car just in case. There is a bar serving burgers which is walkable distance, but aside from that you'd have to drive to get anywhere (although hotels have restaurants but that depends on your budget)

I don‘t know if that was only during my stay, but having only one elevator in operation for a hotel this size is not a good thing to do. There is a second elevator however, so the issue must be taken care of by now…

The property was very clean and the staff was nice. It wasn’t crowded and the location was nice! We stayed on the 6th floor in a corner room. The pictures posted on here does not serve the room justice. The room was huge and beautiful. Lots of seating and space.

The room was so big they could’ve easily placed a kitchenette in the dining room area. The mini fridge should be moved from the bathroom to that area as well . A counter , small sink and micro wave is NEEDED for a room that big. Not having a microwave was completely unacceptable, even motels have microwaves in their rooms. It’s inconveniently located in the lobby where they do not even serve a complementary breakfast. And maybe a rack or something in the shower? I had to place my personal belongings on the shower floor. That really bothered me.

I like that it was near the wedding venue. I like that it was very comfortable a nice place away from home

I didn’t like that breakfast was not with my reservations because that’s what I was told in the beginning

I think it was a little bit over the average. There was no telephone in the room. We requested several times but was never solved. No Airpoirt or Malls shuttle.

Hotel was centrally located. Room was comfortable and central air conditioning worked really well. The shower was nice and clean and towels were of good quality.

The shower gel/conditioner/shampoo bottles in the shower were empty. I brought my own so not a problem. The phone did not work and there was no continental breakfast or credit. With the cost of the room, this should be standard.

The decor was really cool, pool was great (though we went when it was cloudy/rainy) and the location was good

The bathroom area was a bit small and the sliding door was annoying, also didn’t appreciate the bathroom sink being away from the toilet section. The microwave downstairs was so trash, they NEED to upgrade but overall it was a good stay.

Location is very convenient

Air conditioning makes noise, we stayed in January and we stayed on March 28 in different rooms and they both made noise at night, you have to check this.

i have stayed over 20 aloft in the last 5 years and the lady at the reception desk had the worst attitude , like she did not wanted to be there , extremely unfriendly , extremely dry ,i arrived on friday december 17 at around 5 pm i forgot her name . but not the type of friendly service that i have always expected in ALOFT
