The location and the modern decor. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was lovely.

the shower took a long time to warm up. The AC defaults to 70 degrees so I was too hot in the middle of the night. It might just be my room.

The place is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, 5-10min walk to the beach and yummy restaurants around. The bedroom was very comfortable and clean. The self-check-in is super convenient and we had no problem at all. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

When we arrived, the room had a strong smell of bleach that stayed for a few hours. It was a bit inconvenient, however, it meant that the place had been cleaned, so we didn't bother very much. There are no lifts in the building, we had to take our luggage through the stairs (our room was on the second floor).

Room was clean, house keeper Patricia was nice and kind. air con works well and Hotel has a good location.

everything was perfect except check-out day, we were late about an hour for check out and The hotel texted a threatening massage. (if you won't check-out we will call the police) it was inappropriate.

Great value & location

I’m not sure if you have a “long term” tenant in Unit 16, but there was an inordinate amount of traffic in/ out of the room, noise/ talking early am hours(3-4 am) and the outside stoop was used as the metal gate was noisy as well. just thought you’d want to be aware- just seemed odd for a vacation/ traveler

The location was perfect. The room was really clean. There was coffee provided and a microwave was present

The room was relatively small, there was no stove to cook on. The room walls were relatively thin thus we could hear everything happening outside. We could listen to guesses entering and leaving the premises, cars out, and waste trucks.

excellent location. there was always someone who answered the assistance telephone number. very clean!

the walls are a little thin, so if noise is an issue for you maybe choose another place. we were there during spring break so perhaps this is not a valid criticism.

I stayed 4 nights at Casa Sofi and it was a great. The room is clean, nice design, beds are comfortable and the smell of the hotel is very nice. Nice restaurants near by and the beach is really 5 min walk. I will stay here again! Also, the TV was great and the internet was working very good. You will not regret your stay at Casa Sofi!

The only thing is that the walls are really thin, so you can hear TV from the neighbor’s room ( I used the earplugs when that happened), but thats all the noise thar I experienced, otherwise its very quiet.

This place was remarkable. The location is just perfect - 5 minutes to the beach, 3 minutes to the nearest bus stop, 3 minutes to the nearest restaurant or pub. Also if you have a car it's 3 minutes to the nearest parking. The hotel itself seems to be very secure. The instructions provided by the hotel before arrival (like how to open the property, the code, where to park etc.) were very clear, no issue there whatsoever. The room was very clean and everything that the description says was provided.

The manual to the safe provided was actually to a different type of safe so we couldn't lock it with a code, howerver it also had a key so still we could lock it. But it's really a minor thing.

Location. Bed. Easy access. The daily text to make sure we were comfortable or needed anything.

Really only con I have is a full size ironing board instead of the little travel one. But I never asked if one was available so...

Location was perfect! Entering and exiting the facility is so convenient. There are no keys and no lobby staff. Room had all the essential amenities.

Room was too small to even hang beach towels. No front desk to leave your luggage at the departure day. No parking available.
