Great location close to Ocean drive, South Beach and shops and restaurants. Lovely 1970s surf vibe

Not enough towels, we had to ask for new ones each day and room cleaning only on request. Toilet paper in short supply - please put more than one roll in the room. For the price I’d expect these things to be a given, not just available on request.

I had been quite worried about staying at the hotel after reading some poor online reviews, however as our stay was only for one night and we had lots of plans to fit in (meaning we wouldn’t be in the room so much) decided to go ahead with the booking as it was such great value for money and location. Pleasantly surprised and so happy we didn’t cancel. The hotel itself is fashionably styled and the bedroom was great for our family of 5, our daughters loved staying in the top double bunks. Staff we came into contact with were so lovely and helpful, especially Danny. Would definitely recommend to others for a short stay.

It's a super pretty boutique style hotel in South Beach. We loved the location as it was our second location in Miami beach. First we stayed a bit more to the north where we were more in the middle of the action and then we moved to this hotel which is in a more quiet area of south beach. The mix was perfect for us. Very pretty lobby with complementary water and good coffee in the morning. Really nice outside sitting area. Staff was friendly and helpful too.

The room and doors were not very good in regards to soundproofing. You could hear everything on the hallway almost as if there was no door at all. So depending on the other guests it can be pretty loud here. Luckily we didn't have a lot of issues with that other than 2 or 3 times when people were chatting on the hallway at night or early morning but make sure to bring some earplugs if you are a light sleeper 😊 Also, not a con but just an information: it takes time for the water to get warm. it might take up to 5min but it will get warm eventually. I was too inpatient the first day and took a cold shower because I thought it won't get warm, but it did towards the end 😅

I liked the location close to the beach, the concept of an small hotel make it confortable and the room options were great for a family trip!

I didn’t like there was no restaurant service and for the check-in we had to wait until someone arrived to the lobby. Connected rooms would be appreciated too!

Great location, close to everything and quiet. Very welcoming, helpful and friendly staff. Modern house, a lot of attention to details. I was in love with the restaurant’s terrace outside.

Our room was small but very nice and cozy. Wifi was not stable all the time. That would be great to have a small fridge in the room, but it is only “nice to have” :) Otherwise, everything was perfect. Thanks!

There is no gym, however the free Miami Beach gyms are close No parking, but the public Miami Beach parking is a bit further north for only 20$ per day

Comfortable beds and a great set up for a family stay each with own bed. Refreshing not to have a tv in the bedroom. Nicely positioned and decorated

We arrived in the evening and left in the morning (on a layover) so it would have been handy to have a cafe/restaurant on site. The smells (intentional or not) were a bit strong in places for us.

The location is great, 1 minute walk from everything, but in a quiet area. The hotel is nice, has a beautiful lounge and garden terrace. Rooms are clean and tidy. Lights in the room are elegant and warm.

No elevator if you need one, noise isolation could be better.
