The property is convenient to shops, beach, restaurants and is located in a quiet neighborhood with bus stop right in front. The outdoor garden patio with tables is a pleasant place to eat your take-out breakfast or lunch. Our room was nice and also clean - comfortable bed, roomy closet, nice bathroom.

The flooring throughout our room/bathroom was strangely very slippery/slick as if cleaned with a product that created that condition so we needed to wear shoes. The lighting in the room was very dim. A daily "resort fee" was levied for beach umbrellas and loungers that we told management we would not use, and didn't. We were charged anyway. I believe it was approx $30 per day.

Everything was walking distance. Food, beach & drinks. It was super quiet at night and could not tell you were in the middle of party district from inside the room.

There were a few lizards outside of our room but that is to be expected since iguanas roam freely down there lol

Syanna was very friendly and was very accommodating. the location was great too. close enough to the main attractions but still far enough to get a good nights rest without the noise.

We were waiting around for a while to get a room. we arrived @ 10 am and didn’t get a room until past 4:30 pm. Granted that check in isn’t until 3:30pm, our room was not available until past that time. we had been on a Red-eye flight and were eager to get a nap in before going out, but our plans didn’t exactly happen as we had hoped. we were the first to arrive, that morning but were almost the last to get a room. I would suggest having a waitlist so that you can accommodate your guests on a first come first serve basis.

My stay at Villa Italia Hotel was one of my favorite vacation I've ever experienced. I loved absolutely everything, especially the fact, hotel is smaller, feels like at home. There are plenty of restaurants you will definitely find your favorite one. Bus/trolley stop is right in front of the hotel. Front desk was outstanding. I wanna thank especially to Jennifer, for being so friendly, helpful, nice and funny. I hope I will come back soon.

Loved how close it was to everything and how you get all the things you need for the beach by just staying there. They also great at helping you book activities and sometimes better prices.

I didn't like that the rooms didn't have a microwaves. they definitely should put microwaves in every room instead of having them unlock the door to the microwave..having it in the rooms would be way more convenient and comfortable. Maybe they should add some morning snacks Maybe muffins or something you pay enough money to have little stuff like that.

Great, quiet location 5 minutes walking distance to the beach, away from the crowded / busier hotels where people party. Access to a sunbed and umbrella at the beach is included in resort fees. Public transports (bus and the free trolley) stop just by the hotel which is very convenient. Well equipped bedroom and friendly and helpful staff. I recommend!

The bed wasn’t super comfortable but I guess that is more a personal opinion :)

we were 3 girls traveling. the rooms are pretty big and very clean! the beds are really big comfortable! they clean the room and change the towels everyday. amazing location, close to everything! a lot of good restaurants around so uber is not needed, 3 min walk to the beach. staff was super super nice, also at the beach. good price for the value!

the room was a bit dark for us and there was a problem with the safe in our room so it’s only to use the safe manually and we end up not using it..

Property was i. walking distance of beach, restaurants and shopping. Victoria at the front desk was very helpful for finding things to do and to get around Miami.

This hotel is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping, attractions. And yet in a quiet residential area. Bed was very comfortable and AC was great (this Midwesterner is not used to high humidity).Jose was very nice, helpful and accommodating. Overall great hotel for the price.

Some of the fixtures in the bathroom were loose or broken (e.g. soap holder in shower, sink plug). Also would prefer a standard drip coffee maker but that's just my preference.

We have stayed at Villa Italia afew times with our family on our trips to Miami Beach & always find the stay pleasant. This trip was no exception, we had a lovely time. The staff are very friendly and helpful, we had a problem with our lights in the bathroom that was promptly looked into. We really enjoyed being able to utilise the sun loungers on the beach, something that we haven't previously had when staying here, so real bonus this trip. The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained & we found the beds to be very comfortable. We would highly recommend a stay here.
