The best customer service I’ve had on the West Coast. Approachable and responsive desk hosts who checked in with me often. Excellent communication. TV had Netflix and Amazon Prime. A good shower plus iron and hair dryer. Superb location just off ocean drive and Miami Beach. Everything was walking distance including a Walgreaves 2 minutes away . Great value.

Beds were two single ones pulled together to make a double and were a little hard. Walls are very thin- you can hear a lot from the next room.

This is a great choice, terrific location, friendly helpful staff, and the rooms have everything you need , and nothing you don't. Many good restaurants close by.

I was pleased to have a room at around USD 100 per night in Miami Beach, but then was slugged with a USD 64 cleaning fee, so seems like its better to do more nights, i only had a night so it made the stay more expensive than i anticipated. I will book for 6 nights when i return.

The hotel’s location, staff, and overall concept were excellent. The employees were friendly and attentive.

I would have expected the hotel to provide at least basic essentials, such as access to drinkable water. It would have been nice to have a few bottles of water in the room or access to filtered water or a water dispenser. Placing an espresso machine in the waiting area would have been a stylish touch—instead, there was only a decorative coffee machine that didn’t seem functional. We stayed in Room 101, which was very close to the lobby. It was quite noisy and also very dark. I would suggest not using the front-facing rooms near the entrance for guests. Of course, I can’t speak for the other rooms.

The place is really clean, comfortable and quiet (all clubs and parties are on walking distance, but you can get a good rest / sleep, since it is not located on Ocean Drive). Bed is comfortable. Great and friendly service, easy check-in. The Hotel is 5-6min from the beach and close to all cafes and restaurants. There is also a big supermarket nearby.

The walls are thin and you can often hear moves/ conversations from the neighbors. Windows cannot be open to get some fresh air - the air conditioning works good though.

Exactly as detailed in the pictures. Very close to all attractions but in the comfort of a quiet street. 5 min walk to the beach! I really loved their self checkin option. Everything was ready for me before I arrived, including my room cards with detailed instructions on how to get in. I had a car for which they arranged for parking in a 24 hour parking garage nearby. I suggest dropping the luggage off first and then parking the car as that would be easier. There is a drop off spot just in front of the hotel. On an additional matter, I had a parcel coming to the address after I left. I had to arrange for a pickup and the hotel printed the necessary paperwork for the courier. I really appreciate that. I would strongly recommend this hotel!! The responses from the owners were very courteous and fast!! They have a 24/7 message helpline if needed. Not that I needed it but it is useful. Thank you very much for your hospitality!!

Nothing! Just wishes i had stayed a few more days!

-Staff was very friendly and attentive via texting/booking.com app. -Location cannot be beat! 2 mins from amenities. 5 mins from beach. -Hotel was very quiet. It’s located on a main road but in a more residential area so you’re not hearing the base from clubs or loud screaming from the streets. -Beds were comfortable and the mini fridge was a nice size. Room is cozy but workable for a short stay.

-The only thing missing was a water kettle in the room (although there is a shared one you can use in the hotel lobby).

Great location, available parking for only $20 per day (it was the cheapest we were able to find) , conveniently located only a block away. The staff is very helpful and friendly. George waited for us to give us the parking pass and to provide us with instructions . Highly recommend it!

The only small thing that we were lacking was the coffee machine- the rooms don’t have one. In the lobby there is one, but if you are an early morning person and you like your coffee first thing in the morning, you have to wait or go and find a cafe nearby that is open.

Location; Quietness, Staff; Clean room and no carpet inside the room. Staff when they are there are generally friendly and helpful. This is my 2nd stay at this hotel and it has been quiet; stayed on the 2nd floor both times.

No elevator; general area carpets needs steam cleaning. Staff both times I have stayed at the hotel have offered to help with luggage up the stairs. I still would prefer staying if I should book here again on the 2nd floor.

Fab location, on a main road but near the bottom of it so quieter than other parts of the road, just a block down from the beach, perfect! The room was a great size and the bed could fit 5 of me in, I don’t think I’ve ever been in a bed that big and comfy! Bathroom was modern and the room was immaculate!

Shower pressure was so weak, but if that’s my biggest issue then that’s a good hotel in my mind!

Our stay at the julia was wonderful. We were in walking distance from everything in south Beach, including public transportation for everything else from downtown to little Havana to little Haiti. I liked how it felt like an airbnb instead of a hotel. I love that the doors are locked at all times, and you need a code to get in. For me, that gave me a sense of security. I like that comfy, cozy room and bed. Even though the rooms are slightly smaller than your average hotel room, it gets the job done.

I didn't like that there was no microwave in the room and that we had to go to the lobby to warm our food. I think that if there were microwaves in the rooms, it would accommodate the lack of space in the room. I'm not saying the room was tiny. It's a perfect fit for a duffle bag, not so much for a large suitcase .
