The location is genuinely fantastic, just at the bottom of Ocean Drive and 1 minute walk from the beach. Also, an easy walk from South Pointe Park. My room was just as expected, the bed super comfy nand the bathroom gigantic and with a very fancy shower. The hotel lobby always smelled incredibly nice, and every single member of staff was a delight. Special mention to Andres at the bar, who made me an amazing Margarita.

The only criticism I could move would be about the lack of food allergy knowledge. I tried to have dinner there, but in the end I just couldn't eat there confidently as my allergy are very severe.

The location was excellent, 5 minutes by walk to the beach, really nice restaurants and brunch places nearby. Extremely comfortable bed with a really nice and modern bathroom and room interior. We had a beautiful time in Miami!

The only thing that we did not like that the pool was under construction the time we were there.

The staff is great. Delson and the young lady at the bar were great - always with a smile and always helpful. Front desk was attentive and plesant. The location just below 5th makes it a quiet getaway just steps from everthing you expect at South Beach. Has a great front porch and lobby which is not the norm in many of the SB hotels.

They need to change their cleaning supplies - has a stong fragrance that can be too strong. Also, when I go back next time I wil bring my own bar of soap. Their body wash is way too strong as well as the dispenser is "very difficult"

Friendly staff, proximity to the beach , comfortable king bed. Great breakfasts.

Darkness of hallway. No shelving to put "stuff". I would suggest some small shelves in the closet where there is a lot of wasted space.

The hotel is in a beautiful art deco style, a few steps away from the beautiful beach. The area offers a lot of restaurants, bakeries, and other breakfast places. The rooms are cozy and stylish. I really appreciated the complimentary beach umbrella, towels, and chairs, as well as bottled water and coffee. Sitting in the front porch makes for a great relaxing evening enjoying the climate and people-watching. Included in the price there is even a complimentary short tour if the hotel with some cool historical facts.

The pool is actually a hot tub, way too hot for a hot day in Miami beach. A cooler pool would have been more enjoyable. The room does not provide hooks and other places where you could hang your swimming clothes to dry.

Location is king. Great location in south beach across the street from the beach. Chairs and sun umbrella provided for you at the beach. Super friendly staff, and very polite. Very nice lobby, always smells incredible. Nice restaurant.

Room is only tidied up, probably the housekeeping runs on a very tight schedule so it looks like they do everything as fast as possible, missing common things like used towels, not replacing toilet paper. Walls are paper thin. The weekend we had a neighbor guest get into a fight with their couple and it was really loud at 5 am. They left and the new neighbors kept having sex which moved the beds constantly making a lot of noise which kept us up the whole night. I know Miami is expensive but for almost 300 a night some things can be improved.

The Location is perfect, just a hop skip and jump from the beach entrance. Room is clean and not too big and not too small, it has a pretty big bathroom/ toilet. Other much needed amenities were also available, like coffee, steam iron and safe with closet space.

My only grouse was that the cold water in the shower would not work some times. There was no specific time but on the few occasions we tried showering at random times, the cold water was not available. I let the Hotel manager know, but no one followed up to let us know if it was resolved. This issue persisted till the last day of our stay

Good size Room, HUGE Bed, Walk in Rainforest Shower, Location, Super Friendly & Helpful Staff (Especially Yuly) Location, i know said this already but was only 3mins to Walgreens & CVS, right at the bottom of the Miami Strip, TGI Fridays right there too. Very well run and Maintained Hotel. Also has a small Fridge in the room and a Lavazza coffee machine

Pool was a Little on the Small Side, but beach is only 2mins walk away, Room Safe not fixed in place.... Nothing Else

We got very surprised with the quality of this accommodation. To begin with the location couldn't be better as it is at the part of ocean drive that is not busy while being close to the beach and walking distance to shops, restaurants and public transportation. The hotel looked great from entrance to the room. We were a bit concerned about the room given some reviews we read about it smelling mold or being old, but for our surprise it was beautiful and everything looked great (without the bad smell). I have a picky wife and can tell you she was very pleased with it and even wants to go back there once we visit Miami again. Other amenities were great: riding a bike for free for 2 hours - you get the bike in the hotel; the beach chair was great - very clean and not too busy area. Overall very satisfied with the experience.

The bathroom tap had a problem and only the hot water worked, making it a bit annoying sometimes but fine for the 2 nights we stayed. We did not inform the hotel as it was a minor problem for us.
