Fantastic location, quaint upscale neighborhood near Chef Inspired Restaurants & within easy walking distance to the beach. The room was modern & clean. I love the aroma!!!. Clean and chic! Good taste. I'll be back for sure!.

The area was close to everything we needed. The check in process was fast. My friend arrived early and the staff was nice enough to hold his things until we could check in. The staff was friendly we even had beach towels in our room. We were there for four nights mostly to party and the noise level was quiet at night.

I agree with most of the reviews the walls are a bit thin but for a hotel on south beach that is the norm. The rooms weren't the cleanliest. There was left of hair in the shower and behind the sink. Also the way our shower was set up the water was splashing onto the bathroom floor.

The location is perfect, it’s situated on the well-known party street but at the same time away from all the buzz and loud music. And it’s literally 2 min to the beach, which is great. Check out a cafe The Local House hereby - they have great br/lunch. The design of the rooms was exceptional - this created an atmosphere of coziness. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall compare to other places it’s more or less good value of money.

First, a thing that the property owners cannot influence but it’s important to know: there is a temporary renovation of a building opposite to the hotel because of which there is a noise disturbance during weekdays (relevant to the rooms near the road). There was a number of issues that the property owners can improve and this was communicated to them: a problem with a door to bathroom, exhaust didn’t work etc. Also we had troubles with a coffee machine in the room - it was making coffee over the top and leaking. In general it would be great to equip the rooms with a small kettle and bottled water. Also a closet in the room could have been bigger.

Very nice room, super clean. Not very big though, there is not a lot of room to store luggage. Would recommend it for short stay. Super location though - all main sights in Miami Beach can be reached on foot. Beach nearby.

No parking available - came by car and asked beforehand for parking possibilities. We were ill advised (wrong address) and given our time of arrival (Friday late afternoon) we spent a good hour to finally find a parking spot. Not a great start to a holiday, especially after a long journey (intercontinental flight).

Super clean. Smells AMAZING. Very close to Miami Beach (5 minute walk) . Close to Starbucks (2 minute walk) . Close to the supermarket (3 minute walk). There’s a coffee machine , hair dryer and iron inside the room. The room is small but perfect for a solo traveler.

Nothing really. The only thing to note is that housekeeping is only done every 2 days so with a small space you need to be careful of you manage your trash.

Excellent location, close to the beach and nightlife without being right in the.middle of the busiest area. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The room was very comfortable and the property was very clean.

We had one issue with the shower and water seeping out on the bathroom floor. The staff acknowledged the issue but it wasn't fixed during our stay.

Everything was perfect! The hotel very clean, the staff very helpful, the location perfect! I will definitely choose the same hotel the next time i 'll go to Miami

The only thing that it wasn't convenient was the stable showerhead in the bathroom but that was not such a big problem overall

Location, style, guests given access code and great contact over messaging whilst being left alone :-) Beds amazingly comfortable.

Bathroom could do with another shelf because it is very small, which is not a problem but could make this a little better. and loo roll holder broken. Agree with other reviews about the paper-thin walls. None of this a big deal though in context. Would still highly recommend!

The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the staff were all very helpful. It was the perfect location. Near the beach, but not crowded like other major hotels. Everything you could need is within walking distance. This is a great property to stay at while in Miami. And its just been remodeled so its super fresh!!! 😁

Excellent hotel with excellent location located in one of the best neighborhoods of South Beach. Rooms were extremely clean, cozy & comfortable! Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody. We had a great experience! Thank you again Karina for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!
